Anyone watched this?

I thought it was pretty interesting and definitely ranks up there with my top weeb shit.

My go to when smoking the devil's finest lettuce.

Loved season 1, dropped season 2 around when the pizza party happened, never bothered with the movie. Season 1 is still good on its own and has some closure, so I never felt like I missed much by skipping the rest.

The latent criminal system and overall apathy towards society's moral code kind of triggered me but overall it was a pretty good series. I feel like an episodic anime story should be told in about 25, maybe 50 episodes and the pacing of season one was definitely solid. Season 2 was kind of enjoyable too, but it's definitely a step down in quality.

It's got that GITS feel to it. I have a love hate relationship with the VN.
It's a nice story but fuck playing it a 2nd let alone 10th-15th time to 100%, I always tell asleep every few dialogues, unlike Steins;Gate and S;G 0 where i happily read through it 10 times to get all endings.

Hmm.... my boner for cyberpunk shit is liking the idea of Psycho-Pass.

Maybe I'll give it a try once I'm done with Boku no Hero Academia.

I've been meaning to get around to watching this with my brother since he bought the Blu-Ray, but he's been such a grump lately and won't watch anything with me even when I ask (where he then proceeds to bitch and moan that I never ask him as he's playing PUBG or his other online games), so I might as well just watch it on my own time. I could also post some of my reactions up here as a form of motivation since from the sound of it, it's widely-praised until it divides people by the second season.

About two years ago I downloaded Digibro's two-hour video about Psycho-Pass to use as white noise while I draw (this was just before I caught on to his lolcow status), so that's how long I've been wanting to watch Psycho-Pass but never got around to it. I have some procrastination issues.

It’s pretty much just a futuristic cyberpunk but with cyberslums.

The first season is pretty much the Hannibal tv show- but without the Mads Mikkelsen and other well *fleshed out* characters and of course, in 2D.

The first season Is a good, gory, dark, dystopian story that starts out strong and losses a bit of steam halfway through and finishes somewhere inbetween.

Overall pros: Muh asshole character with a soft heartgreat.
Muh geniuses unbeatable bad guy.
Easy to marathon, Awesome story, Gory, edgy and dark, good (main) character development.

Overall cons: Just pretend it ends after season 1, not exactly great characters and a bit stereotypical, unremarkable (not in the bad sense but It doesn’t exactly have any memorability minus the fancy guns.

Season 1 was pretty good

Season 2 was cancer

The film was bad

I'm not looking forward to the SS films because I don't like any of the main characters but I might watch them anyway

The first season is really good but leave it at that since there's an almost unbelievable drop in quality after the first season.

Is because Urobutcher left after the first season, was the time when he was sperging in Taiwan with puppets, the second season, the movie and the game did not have any input of him so that is why is shit, it was rumored that the industry was pestering him with ideas so he throwed some bones to them so he could sperg in peace (Expelled from paradise, Aldnoah Zero, Suisei no gargantia)
