The people on here like assuming things based on very few details. So, I'll give you 5 details about myself, and we'll see what assumptions you can make. (Forgive me if you don't assume things, but from the very few threads I've seen, many on here do.)

1. I'm a female
2. I'm an atheist
3. Biden > Trump
4. Raging nic addict
5. I don't have a 5th one, but I didn't want to leave it at 4 bullet points

You will never be happy. You wrench out a fake smile every single morning and tell yourself it’s going to be ok, but deep inside you feel the depression creeping up like a weed, ready to crush you under the unbearable weight.

Eventually it’ll be too much to bear - you’ll buy a rope, tie a noose, put it around your neck, and plunge into the cold abyss. Your parents will find you, heartbroken but relieved that they no longer have to live with the unbearable shame and disappointment. They’ll bury you with a headstone marked with your birth name, and every passerby for the rest of eternity will know a man is buried there. Your body will decay and go back to the dust, and all that will remain of your legacy is a skeleton that is unmistakably male.

This is your fate. This is what you chose. There is no turning back.
 
In all seriousness, I don't think it's really possible for us NOT to assume things about each other. We're not mind readers, and we're not going to learn much about each other without saying some potentially incorrect or wrongheaded things.

I'd rather you'd not assume the worst about this place and maybe try to grasp the culture a bit better before deciding if it's right for you or not.
 
Here's what I can assume about you:
1. You're a moral busybody - you have 3 posts here and you complain about our behavior in all of them, nobody brought you here, no thread is about you, you chose to come here and complain.
2. You like to make a lot of assumptions as well - you've said "from the very few threads I've seen" which means you know jack shit about this website but you choose to complain anyway.
3. You think you're better than others - you start your first post with telling us how pathetic we are, without even attempting to start a conversation with anybody.
4. You're not very smart - your insults are really basic and you're not offering any constructive criticism... have you got anything to offer or are you empty?
5. You smell bad - because of the smoking, obviously.
 
Honestly, I can't say some of you guys aren't making fair points. I did assume shit, so I'm sorry about that one. I do agree that I should have tried harder to grasp the culture a bit better, but I don't understand the necessity for homophobic and "autistic" slurs. I can say, however, I'm not a dude, cisgender or transgender. I'm female, so thanks for the little rant about men being repulsed by me and that my parents will find me dead.

Also, about the smoking, and therefore, smelling bad, that's also incorrect. Unfortunately, I vape, which I hate, but it thankfully doesn't smell bad.

My best advice for being on this site, especially as a newfag, is to turn off the same part of your brain that you do for a game of cards against humanity. ‘Autistic’ is used like the word idiot here. Slurs are simply part of the lingo. You don’t have to use them, but be aware that others will. They will not be punished for using language you don’t like.

The other advice I can give is shut up, sit down, and realize you aren’t special. If you can’t take an insult you don’t belong here at all. People will say some vile shit and it’s just bait, just to get you defending yourself. Don’t powerlevel, although you’ve already broken that rule way to fucking go, and just lurk/read for a while til you get the hang of things.

The rules are at the bottom of almost every thread, each tailored to the subforum it is in. Fucking read them.

If you can't grasp the "necessity" of "homophobic" and "autistic" slurs, then I don't think the site is for you. Language shouldn't be restricted based on necessity. I can't imagine how much you won't be able to "grasp" areas of the site where people call each other nigger and kike all day.

Either understand that this site and its users have an approach towards the power of words that's contrary to the zeitgeist or log out. There's minimal value for you to be screaming into the void about how you don't understand, how you're better and how people here suck. That is unless you want people to laugh at you. If that's your goal, please continue.

Someone acts like a sped, they get called a sped, this isn't a slur, it's a realistic descriptor of what a poster sees as autistic behavior. Also, it's pretty prejudice of you to assume that the person calling another a sped isn't in fact a sped themselves.

Ditto for fag, not that anyone has an unreasoning fear of queers.
