I had a similar case in the past where I didn't have so much online experience that I started to talk nonsuitable subjects to a person and then later I discovered that he was underage, what I did was to givem him a Cyber Security 101 letture and deleted him, it's not a problem lto have a match or just some casual gaming conversation with someone underage but sometimes it's hard to tell when someone is underage when they are lying or you just did the big mistake of not asking the person in first place.
In the case of Pyrocynical I would advice him to clean his name and be honest about himself, truth is the best defense in any case, as hard as it is, it's to tell the truth, learn from it and pay the consequences, but in his case, I don't see any ilicit action from what was shared, maybe the individuals feel that something ilicit happened, but if the law of United Kingdom doesn't say that, well, it's not ilicit and was just an awkward or moraly reprimed action.
The biggest problem of this is that the Internet is full of real groomers and other crimes, the more you make false allegations of an X crime the more the true crimes will be considered false allegations.
On a smaller note: I think this is again a nothingburguer being exploded by Kiwifarms plus Twitter on flimsly allegations that are will do more harm to the acusers, real victims and of course Pyronical himself.
On an even smaller note: I think his tastes in the furry fandom are pretty based.
