Forgive me if it's been pointed out already, but in the UK the age of consent is 16.
Now a few things
1. Ivory was still one year off, so it's fucked
2. This one is lesser known, but AoC laws do not mean you can be that same age to have an adult send you porn. The law for sharing stuff online is universally 18 PERIOD.
3. There's no specific screenshot that confirms Pyro actually knew Ivory was 15 at the time. A lot of furries like to play this dangerous game of "porn first, ask age later."
4. In the interview video he straight up admits he used the word grooming without really knowing what it means. His whole demeanor feels off to me as well.
5. I have been in this guy's exact opposite position when I was his age. I'm not gonna pretend looking back it wasn't weird or stupid they never asked my age before sending me weird shit, but I'm not gonna say I was outright groomed. Ivory admits at the following (snipped from a youtube omment)
6:33 - Q: Was there any kind of normalization of lewd actions? (Nudes, lewds, inappropriate things of the minor.)
A: No
8:20 - Q: Did he ever ask for nudes?
A: No.

I'm not gonna pretend Niall didn't fuck up and act like a total creep, and he even admits in one of the screenshots he went overboard with people. But I wanna hear if there's harder shit than this first before I completely crucify the guy.

Though I'm not sure if you actually can re-add deleted users or not, so I guess someone who uses that still will have to test.

I'd say the deleted user has some decent evidence proving that it was his account but if this is a ProJared situation though, It seems like he wouldn't have any way to actually debunk it. What receipts could he possibly have?

Something about this entire situation reeks to high heaven and I don’t mean the moist, mouldering fursuit in the corner.

Like why the fuck did the accuser’s adult friends not step in when they new something shady was afoot? Fuck, you knew someone was potentially being groomed and you did nothing? That makes you complicit.

Also why the fuck do the discord screenshots use American spellings?

I've always been curious about this, but; is that whole 18 AOC on the internet thing actually enforced, or is it just some unspoken rule of thumb? Cause I don't think I've seen anyone actually get arrested for it even in like, cross state situations where the two involved in a relationship are in say; California and Washington.

Yes.

And I did, but that's only because I found a photo of a character I hated from that one show I watched back in March and shit. I suppose it was a decent pun, no way a reflection of my sexuality.

The artist for this is Pyrocynical's current girlfriend Ida / Daflummify / Pugbi. She's drawn more fat blob / feeder / stench furry porn for him. Some of it got posted to r34 in 2016. Ida being in Pyrocynical's friend group at the same time the accuser was and being into the same weird shit checks out. The Twitter messages between her and the accuser are more than likely real.
