Last October anon put forth this theory on /pol/.

The gist of it is that for people with a low average IQ, the future is difficult, if not impossible, to conceptualize, and this has a noteworthy impact on reasoning plus the resulting behavior.

These same conclusions were drawn by Dr. Mungo Park during his exploration of Africa at the end of the 18th Century, as documented in his book Travels in the Interior of Africa.

What say you fellow Kiwis? Is this definitive proof of Quantum Nigger Theory?
 
I couldn't find anything about it and so I can't actually back it up or verify my memory but I thought I saw that Africans have the smallest prefrontal cortexes of all racial groups (Or at least smaller than whites and Asians), which would seem to check out just going off of the results. It's suspiciously very difficult to find anything on the topic.
 
What if I told you, there was a race of people not able to precieve the future nor hindsight of their actions.
That every action are made on a whim without regard of the consequence that will come.

I thought about it in terms of writing, that differences in intelligence translate to differences in perception of long term consequences to actions. A dumb person (statistically most Niggers) would only think on the now, an average person will think few months ahead, and a smart person will think years ahead (not necessarily in a good way, the smart person will be too risk averse).
 
That nigger is saying that darkie Africans do not see the future until it has become a lived experience, which essentially nullifies the concept of the 'future'. Of course this is hidden in niggerbabble about how that's a good thing because they actually enjoy life, and westerners are actually the stupid miserable ones because we are obsessed with 'progress'.

What she fails to mention is the real consequence of not understanding the concept of 'dey future', things like basic planning. This is why we see mountains of evidence of white saviors who go to Africa, give them equipment while teaching them how to use it, only to return to find everything has been strip and sold, and they have gone back to before. Why wait, when you can have X amount of money now. In fact, even suggesting they have the capacity to ask "why wait" is incorrect, because that would suggest they understand the concept of adjusting behavior in the present for a certain future outcome.

The 4chan caps may seem as exaggerations, but the majority of whites will never accept that the negro brain, for the most part, is unable to alter behavior in the present, to possibly obtain a different outcome in the future.

Have you seen the movie, Memento? It's about a guy who can't form new memories. The movie is a great way to understand what the 4chan post is describing. Take for example this scene - he doesn't know (because he can't remember) if he is chasing the guy, or if the guy is chasing him.

That's true, but peer-reviewed studies are difficult to find. We have the technology - we can scan people's brains and measure the sizes of various regions. But the scientific establishment has decreed that "RACE IS NOT REAL" and because they've decreed that, they mostly refuse to look any further.

The one exception to this rule is, they will do studies on racial differences in brain structures IF they can blame whitey for the differences they find.

So okay, they do have smaller prefrontal cortexes. But the study goes on to say it correlates with "metrics of childhood adversity" more than it correlates with race.

It's not that they're retards! It's that we oppress them, making them retards. If you'd just stop oppressing them and taking away their EBT, then their prefrontal cortexes would be huge - probably bigger than white people's!

They never address the possibility that they're experiencing "metrics of childhood adversity" because they're retarded.

Basically, these scientists are committing the reverse causation fallacy. It's like looking at NBA players and finding that they're tall, and then concluding "being in the NBA tends to make a person grow tall"

There's some stuff in evolutionary psychology on that, I think. Basically, the humans that migrated north had to learn how to deal with the harsher seasons, especially the winters where food would be scarce. The had to adapt and learn how to plan for the future, while those remaining in Africa, who didn't experience wildly chaning seasons and long food scarcities, didn't need to do that. So now those descendent from the stock who had to adapt has a much greater ability to work with delayed gratification, planning for the future, and generally realising that existence isn't just the present moment, while those who are not have problems with that. It'd probably affect other capabilities like thinking about hypothetical scenarios and such as well. Like, "what if I did this?". This is a crucial mental component for planning, but if a whole group of people never really had to plan for anything more than a week in advance, they'd probably be pretty bad at planning ahead.
Question is now, how much of that is really genetic and how much can it be changed? I doubt there can be any serious studies on this because it's a very politically incorrect topic. It'd be interesting, though. And given the state Africa and Blacks around the world are in, it'd probably be good if one were to take a look at potential underlying causes in a pragmatic way. I mean, sure, maybe it's all just ypipo racism and colonialism holding them down, but if there really was a biological reason for the issues African-related people face, it'd be good to know so it can be maybe fixed. The human brain is pretty malleable, and maybe correct education specialised for planning ahead could help.

Just FYI, if you cite anything by Jensen and/or Rushton you’re likely to be met with a copypasta about how they’re racist and they make up data and aren’t at all credible. Their Wikipedia pages make those claims (and like it or not, people still trust Wikipedia)

I’m just letting you know this because if you’re talking to a skeptical audience, this response effectively loses you the debate. People who might otherwise be swayed will come away thinking “hmm, seems like this is all racist pseudo science”

It’s a tactical mistake, when it comes to trying to convince people.

I don't know if I'm simply too blackpilled for some generalizations, but I wish I could say these described behaviors are race-specific: These weeds grow in every community that permits them to; and the community must be held accountable for allowing it. This is why I blame the entirety of Canada for allowing Québec to exist; and why the Québecois problem will continue to fester and perpetuate itself as a symptom of this broader, Canadian condition the WHO refuses to address. MAID simply isn't fast enough to get us to the point of trusting the last Canadian to MAID himself.
 
I am reminded of a story about a missionary that was one of only two people outside of this one specific Amazon tribe in the world that spoke their language and he lost his faith because this tribe had no concept of time.
