If it makes anyone feel better with very few exceptions nobody is even trying, not even Quinton. I would say that so far only Worthikids, Wyatt Duncan, Teddy Gray, Brendaniel, Emirichu and Guru Larry did try and they are barely noteworthy, most of them are in the Garfield panel btw.
Everyone else sounds like they were robbed of any enthusiasm they might had and Q has this very uncomfortable vibe ala Irene Goes West, except he is not really acting it out.

Context: There's a gag throughout the video of Marcus avoiding Q like the plague. Like halfway thru the video Quinton finally reaches him and Marcus tells him "I have been trying to avoid you. You are literally the worst person I have ever met.
Also, apparently Q is 6'4 not 6'5 as previously leaked.
The new beard style gets a mini-cameo.
