I'm thankfully not Kentuckian but the woman in the middle is Alison Grimes, the Secretary of State for Kentucky from 2012 to 2020. In the upper right corner of the picture you can see "Mitch". In 2014 Alison Grimes unsuccessfully ran for Senate against Mitch McConnell so I'm pretty sure this photo was taken during a Democrat rally some time before November 2014.

It's interesting to note that Quinton was still making "right-wing" videos back in 2014, so apparently he has always had some liberal opinions and just kept them to himself until he thought it was profitable to be an SJW. The Vidcon drama with Sargon wasn't until 2017.

Nah you seem to be correct that sticker is the logo of her 2014 Senate election campaign. But I don't think Alison would be viewed as an sjw type given some of her positions, pro gun etc. A lot of anti-sjws were center left faggots so it still fits with Quintons narrative that he used to make anti-sjw content. All that this shows is that q is probably lying about being a full blown lefty.
