I have found some details that I think are worth sharing:
1. blameitonjorge latest video is on Nickelodeon lost media which starts by mentioning the Gibby! pilot. Despite the obvious chance, there isn't a trace of anything Quinton-related in the video or comment section. That didn't stop him from going on Twitter and acting like he was owed credit for its discovery.

That last one has big 'YouTube friends' energy.

2. Another instance of suffering from success.

3. One of the core aspects of Q's takes on Nickelodeon sitcoms is shipping and in what comes to iCarly he waxes endlessly about Seddie and the kiss. Turns out Jennette McCurdy's experience with that milestone of tween entertainment wasn't exactly as wholesome.

I leave with two takeaways from this last leak. One opinion, one fact.

Opinion: It's pretty scummy how these people want to benefit from someone's trauma memoir with a video that by Q's admission is not going to include any talk about said memoir. It just doesn't sit right with me how Springday says that I'm Glad My Mom Died is fresh enough on people's minds to aid the virality of a totally unrelated video.

Fact: The timing of the Fallen Titans on Gootecks wasn't an accident. Quinton rushed that video and he went through frankly concerning lengths to have it ready while people were still mad. He didn't know shit about Gootecks, so he outsourced the investigation to the first person that gave him attention on Twitter. He said he had worked on the video for like 27 hours straight. It is unironically the fastest he has worked in his life and the thing is, he doesn't like that video. He got some details wrong and is probably why Fallen Titans is dead.

Also, I cannot see how anyone would want to go through the mental labour of reading I'm Glad My Mom Died while watching a Quinton Reviews NSU entry in tandem.

The timing of this is incredible - Jeanette's book is huge, everyone is talking about Dan Schneider, and Quinton is putting out these huge videos about the last show she did for him before she quit. He seems completely oblivious to the fact that he might look bad for refusing to discuss anything deeper than "This show is weird because the characters are mean". The hard drive crash should have been taken as a sign from above to stop.

I will never understand how Quinton thinks sitcom characters being weird, unreasonable people is so novel. “This is just like Always Sunny!”

Ir’s like the only two grown up comedies he’s ever watched are that and The Good Place.

I don’t know much about Quinton. His content isn’t something I’d watch normally, lol cow or otherwise, but a morbidly obese SJW Jewish guy with a pirate fetish that I work with won’t shut up about him and how amazing his Dan Schneider-verse review are.

All I know of Quinton is the Garfield plushie stuff, so could someone give me quick ammunition to use to make the guy leave me alone so I can do my boring office job in peace? Surely there’s something exceptionally triggering to Quinton fans, right?

I recommend the post I made compiling the DM Saga just a page ago (when Q was exposed by Sarah Z and Lindsay Ellis for being very awkward when it comes to interacting with other YouTubers). Right now most people that know about Quinton but aren’t fans are at least marginally familiar with it. Some fans even try to twist it to seem like Q was the good guy.

The EFAP jihad is pretty fucking funny in hindsight and it was the initial blow to his reputation. Q threw TRO under the bus and waged war against his own fan base, not to mention Quinton became the very thing he swore to destroy.

Quinton has kicked plenty of Patreon supporters out of his para social Discord server for suspecting they may come from here. Evidence? Not being active enough. There was a guy that was shittalked to his face for a having a pfp in which a small shadow looked like Hitler’s stache.

The Contra video is even mocked by some of his fans and you can find it archived here. It was blatantly made to stroke the ego of breadtubers before VidCon.

My Virtual VidCon is literally a Channel Awesome anniversary manifesto about everything he has experienced with other people. It barely cracked 100k views in two years. Tbf, none of his movies are particularly popular. It also funny that Q was trying to befriend CallMeCarson until he got cancelled.

Quinton has called himself a faggot and got his audience mad at him when he admitted being a cishet white man on stream.

Quinton has walked back his “apology” to Mumkey many times. He is still butthurt about 2018.

But specially,

Tell that retard Quinton is not going to talk about I’m Glad My Mom Died in the next video, so he can play with dolls. In fact, he can watch the videos early if he does as much as read this thread.

Bruh,

He hasn’t shut up about that damn book for a week.
Last week he popped up and said “dude!!! I just read Jeannette McCurdy’s book!”
My response was “she has a book?”
“She wrote a book! And she’s such a good story teller that I was compelled to read the whole thing in one night! I never watched iCarly but I know everything from Quinton and it validates everything he said”

I mean, yeah, I saw a few episodes of the show when it aired. Probably more than I should have, but I never cared enough to think about it.

And he’s someone who literally told me Hollywood doesn’t have enough Jewish representation and is “afraid to look into Jackie Chan because he doesn’t want to have to hate him” so there’s no way he’d ever come to such an evil and heinous Nazi site as the Kiwifarms. If I didn’t need my wage slave job I would have said so much by now

I’ll catch up on what you wrote here

I feel ill just reading that. I’m Glad My Mom Died is a heavy memoir about Mc Curdy’s frankly depressing experience as a child actor. I know is not that long and there’s always going to be some morbid curiosity but I cannot feel anything but disgust towards someone that talks like that about such a book. Is creeps me out how is always the same type of people.

Q’s audience for these videos is largely people that never watched those shows. You would think Quinton telling what was pretty much an open secret would be received just as doing his job and not as if he is an investigative journalist. Case in point, all the times fans of his correct him in almost every non-Garfield video. If you watched the Nick sitcoms and aren’t part of what remains of Tumblr you see them for what they are: Quinton reading his own fanfics and telling you very irrelevant stuff.

Just wait when he finally does a not-Nick video and doomposts about it because no one watches it. Is going to be like the Leafy video all over again.

Why do you even let him talk to you. Just tell him to shut up and that he's a fag for watching reviews about little girl shows.

Audible claims it’s 6 hours long, but reading it normally would likely be faster.
He summarized the entire book in great detail to me despite me making it clear I didn’t care.

I think the only thing that’s told out to me was apparently McCurdy has severe anorexia, and I knew from the show that her character was the one that was always eating. Teen actors with anorexia doesn’t shock me so it was only more of he “ah, that adds context.” But I think we all assume the actors are dicks doing drugs and sleeping around once the camera turns off, at least I always did.

I’ll say that if this guy is the standard Q fan, nothing will change his mind. Quinton is his god for doing billion hour long Nickelodeon reviews

If you worked in an office, you’d understand. You can’t tell these people to fuck off and you have t tolerate them just to get through the day.

I normally roll my eyes like cue balls when legacy media talks about Youtubers, but I think this might be fair. These kind of videos are annoying common, and often feature Youtubers who think that being passionate and logical is the same as objective and factual. Until you call them out on it, of course. Qbert doesn't even make it that far, though; his "passion" is not the topic but the views.

But the best part? This article calls it a recap. Not a review or a retrospective, but a recap. Because that's what Qbert here does. He recaps shows with just enough opinions and indirect observations to trick your brain into thinking he's doing anything more than being Audible TV Guide. I've taken my fair share of dumps on MauLer, but as bad as his reviews are... they are reviews.

A more accurate channel name would actually be "Quinton Recaps" actually.

McCurdy’s book is incredible. It’s bleak, but I truly believe she wrote it all herself, no ghostwriter involved. Her dark humor shines through the whole thing. She’s a talented writer, which helped get through reading some of the the darkest shit. I have mad respect for her integrity and it’s criminal to talk about it as if it’s “storytelling” or a “fun read”.
