Im sure someone can answer this better than me but I will try anyway. Wynn was something unique among anti-anti-sjws back when one of their frontrunners was Steve Shives: she could actually argue her points. Under the guise of retrospect we mock the skeptics for just being (on average) slightly better than the people they mocked and more self aware. Enters Contra who is not only a sluty transwoman and can argue she also has a sense of humor. Armored Skeptic, Shoe and other skeptics that were liberal went to suck her dick cause they thought she represented the first step into opening actual discussion about politics. This exceptional-optimistic prophecy feeling that you can see on Andy Warski back at the VidCon that changed all (remember how he addresses the betrayal).
The skeptics (now largely dissbanded) counted with Chris Ray Gun, Derrick Pilot (SomeBlackGuy), Blaire White, Josephine Mathias, Lauren Chen, EazyOnMe and company, overall a way more entertaining and diverse cast than what anti-anti-sjws presented at the moment and with ties with creators that liked them but werent interested on taking part (IDubbz). To this very day what breadtubers do is repeat what worked for skeptics but in a sanitized way and are heading on the same destiny.
Returning to Contra you get her face everywhere, from media outlets to boards on the chans. Nobody has this amount of pressence. It would be scary if it werent that in order to make the influence count you gotta play the long game and she is kinda suicidal.
