Browsing this thread this guy is coming across to me as a breadtuber MundaneMatt. Both of them got big off of internet trends (gamergate, breadtube), both of them possess dying channels where no one wants to touch them, the key differences being that MundaneMatt had a massive reckoning of a channel collapse while this guy is slowly fading away through dated comedy and obnoxious opinions. I don't even see his channel going through a massive collapse because unlike MovieBob he doesn't strike me as a sex pest looking for girls' attention... just clout. I get a lot of asexual vibes watching Quinton.
Unpopular opinion but I can kind of see a happy ending for this guy in a couple years; his channel finally kicks the bucket from stagnation and boredom and he decides to get a job in cinema or hollywood or he goes back to school to get into that field if he hadn't already. But that's just pure optimism on my part and the other ending is he closes his account and does... whatever else these people do when they fade into obscurity.

It's very accurate that you mention Mundane Matt because the comparison between the two has been made a lot and it lands even better because they did share a room for the VidCon that doomed the skeptics. I do agree in part with the part about him not being able to become a sex pest but I think is not quite only because of those asexual vibes. I think Q is just somehow ashamed yet perplexed by his own sexuality for how he has showcased it numerous times. Yes, I agree with the claim that he might be asexual in some capacity, but the truth is that he has too much of a track record of him having at least platonic attraction towards female-presenting individuals to completely rule as asexual. If anything I guess you could say he is, in Tumblrspeak, agender and bisexual with a lot of trans girl chaser thrown in.
Now with a possible future for Q, I just think him doing anything that could actually lead him towards audiovisual anything is optimistic. He has already done projects that could be ruled as his own movies. They all are derivative and rarely even his fans mention them.
If there is a theme with Quinton is laziness. He could have enrolled and graduated by now in communications or audiovisual media but he didn't bother. The moment his channel started to bring views he decided it had to become his MO and he has gone through retarded levels to keep that being the case. He knows how to edit a video, record himself in video and audio format and how to design a thumbnail. All of it in the level you would expect from someone that graduated high school. It is basic but that's enough for his fanbase. I can tell all of you by experience, you don't need a degree to work in your local productions, what you need is a certain level of humility and backbone that I can't expect from someone with a Kiwi Farms thread. I don't think Quinton is the type to stop to help a friend light or catering a short film, he is the kind that always wants to play director and protagonist or at the very least have some degree of control. If the CA spergs, being more established and well connected than Q, couldn't how can the Mundane Matt of breadtube?
As for my personal prediction is that Q will never stop being CA adjacent and can only ever hope to stay on that level, not only because of his own shortcomings but also because he willingly downs himself to their level. I can see the desire on those very separate fish eyes of becoming the next Spielberg, but I don't see the drive, I only see complaisance and apathy.
