How will society function without jobs?

The super rich don't spend all day every day since their conception laying flat in an island of the bahamas just so you know. The super rich are super rich who also have education and their working their ass off in an office or doing network. Of course a super rich will never be caught digging a ditch or peeling cables or stocking shelves, but that doesn't mean they don't work... Plus, and this is my own opinion, doing networking and office job is way more stressful than digging a ditch.

What? dude, no. They do it in some cases but they don't spend their lives doing it because is not needed. What you typed there is down syndrome and you live in a bubble. Not every person who has money is a cunt, just so you know, and the ones who are are the nouveau riche who (mostly) got money by being cunts or inherited and most likely will squandered all in dumb ventures along this generation or the next.
two things
1: you've never had a genuine fear the guy your assigned to dig with is going to crack you with a shovel. you can breeze most office jobs with some planning.

2: people born into money just through osmosis Learn more about business than you'd think, even the dumb ones. Eric trump is a dipshit for a billionaires kid. for a regular prob has a good portfolio.

Once you start selecting people based on their race instead of their qualifications (which often naturally results in racial and sexual minorities) your movement will collapse out of incompetence.
Nah you don't get it, if we don't let a tiny minority of narcissists who demand their every pet peeve dominate every single conversation how will we ever get cheaper healthcare? It's absolutely totally important that this idiot's personal neurosis about their own gender take front and center of every single political movement, because otherwise we literally are killing them. Actually no difference between loading a gun and shooting it into their skull and telling them now's not the time to bitch about pronouns because we have bigger fish to fry then their ego.

Screw it, I hate this crap. We need to stop telling kids they're special and tell them they don't matter instead. Because it's the fucking truth.

You need to care about yourself first even if you are altruistic because if you fuck up so badly at caring for yourself that you die, you're obviously of no use to anyone else either.

I actually worry about the generation in school now and how fucked up they're going to be with teachers being encouraged to help foster these delusions behind the parent's back.

"Nouveau riche" by definition do not have inherited wealth; maybe you should learn what words mean before you opine

You can stop deepthroating that boot now.

Just stating facts dude. People in real life aren't as cartoony and ridiculous as they are made in television... Also that's how troons in r/capitalist and r/antiwork see people with money. They saw them as evil twirling moustache monsters who oppress the worker for profit or some shit.

1- Never had to dig a ditch in my life. I'm proud that I never had to do it, that means I made right choices in my life.
2- Eric Trump is a dipshit, same as Trump.

Meet in the middle, they have the potential to one day be special? don't want to limit early child development.
Man, I don't know. I just feel like everywhere I look these days everybody and their dumbass little sister is pretending that their emotions are more important than anything else. Like, ya know what I really hate? Really really fucking hate? It's early in the morning, I'm going to work, and some dude on the train is blasting shitty trap music out of his crap phone speaker. It's never good music, it's always the most abrasive shit this person can think of. Thank god I'm not in charge of anything because I'd make it my personal mission to skin every single one of these people alive in public.

But see that's the thing right, who gives a fuck about petty shit I hate? I use this ridiculous example because nobody wants to hear about my actual insecurities. But that's the other thing, fuck my insecurities, that's why they're my insecurities. And so much of this idpol crap comes down to just individuals blowing a gasket the moment anybody around them says or does anything they even slightly disagree with, because they are legitimately delusional enough to think everything in this world comes down to whether or not they feel good about themselves or not. Like for christs sake, do I think trans people don't deserve rights? Fuck no, man! I don't give a fuck! Who the hell am I to tell anybody how to live? But it's the god damn narcissism that kills me. The constant, unceasing, insistence that your emotions take precedence over everything. Somewhere along the line people started confusing personal happiness with political and economic oppression, and it's fucking stupid. And stupidity is whatever, everybody's a bit of a fucking idiot, myself included. But why, on god's green earth, is this the central point of every single political argument in the US? That's all we fucking talk about anymore.

Like c'mon, I've read these threads, nobody I saw on r/antiwork responded to this by saying "trans people aren't people and they don't deserve to be treated like people". Nobody. They said "shut the fuck up about your gender and apologize, nobody cares about your genitals" however, but that's enough to be a nazi to these people. Like motherfucker you live your life in a way most people just don't fucking understand, accept that you're gonna have to put up with others not "getting it" and make an honest effort to meet the rest of us halfway for a greater good.

But nope, all that matters is if you make me feel important and loved. Because we all need to like each other always, unless you're a person I personally don't like, then kill yourself.

I feel you I really do, Have you considered in your day to day life just stopping the person doing what you find so rudely objectionable, and just saying hey, shut the fuck up dip shit we're doing something right now be cool? You gotta maintain eye contact but it's pretty effective. Because otherwise crazy people dictate the world because no one say you need to work or we'll let you starve retard.

It took me awhile to realize this, but the more you "call out" people the less likely they are to listen to you.

I think the reason people find the Office Space type boss who goes "Hey, uhh, great job, you think you can stay a little later?" so infuriating is because he's not giving you something you can shoot back with. He's just polite enough you can't get angry without being the asshole in that situation. Following that the more aggressive you are with people in general the more they're just going to respond in turn and the less you'll get anything out of it. When I'm at work the most annoying, pigheaded, and straight up disruptive people I deal with are the "nice" ones. Because ya know, I'm allowed to tell the idiot swearing at me to go suck a dick, but a somebody who's polite? You got nothing, you just gotta put up with the insanity.

This same dynamic is why every political argument is pointless and nobody ever learns anything from it

Are there any real users left on reddit that aren't bots or NPCs that are nothing more than organic bots?
Over the years I think I created more than 200 accounts because I was getting banned for petty shit or because I wanted to interact with subs in a particular way or something or just because I forgot passwords... And I wasn't even a really commited user, just someone who wanted to shitpost and laugh at idiots on reddit.

If I had 200 accounts and was just shitposting when I felt like it, imagine a tranny with an agenda.

You may have a point, I usually don't need anyone to listen, just stop impeding . But theres always another. fuck it.

Even if someone did learn something skilled like botany online, rampant credentialism is keeping people who know what they're doing but don't have a degree out of those fields. And the required credentials for white collar work keep rising.

The best careers right now for people with ambition are blue collar.
Yeah, maybe because companies don't want to take big risks, if two people send an application for a job, one has a degree in a reputable institution and the other doesn't, 9/10 times the degree holder will be the best choice, you could always get a self-taught savant who knows it all without having had the need to step into a classroom, but that has a low probability and therefore it's a risk; if you are looking for a job it's shitty, but if you are an employer, then it's just playing it safe.

And the other issue is that some fields just need that credentialism in order to keep going, mostly to keep it safe.

Yeah, it is ridiculous in some fields, but there's no clear solution.

Antiwork was bleeding subs after this incident, but is now suddenly regaining them like crazy.

Jannies using sub bots now?
The interview and then fall out on the subreddit obviously shows the issues it has but these things only matter for reasonable people and I think in the long run it's only going to allow the subreddit to gain a larger audience. It hasn't killed it and now will only make it stronger

I thought that shit would become so radicalized, that it would eventually die.
Especially because the new subreddit r/WorkReform is a bipartisan antiwork sub for unions and reform
and all the AntiWorkers are saying it's a "right wing troll sub"

The solution is to ask for a portfolio of prior work or presented a test case for applicants to do. Why that isn't more common I don't know, but quite a lot of jobs would get better hires if they just judged people by what they were capable of.
