The account is real, the font is confusing people into thinking it's a capital I/L substitution. Right now the username seems to be deleted/hidden. There's all sorts of troll accounts appearing with similar names to trip people up though.

Most people missed it because they didn't even mention it before hand. I think they realized after recording how badly they came off.
