We onto assigned male levels of mouthpiece vs strawman (and level of artistic ability). Also of all that things that didn't happen, that "why don't we remove the central conflict of a novel series" presentation happened the least.

idk why poly people think theyre so brave, like half of these posts are "i want this, but i dont want confrontation or to leave the safety of what i already have. how can i somehow create a situation where all of us are happy even though we all want inherently different things?"

and its like.... you cant. you can either explore poly by yourself, or stay with your boyfriend, you literally cant do both.

What happens when you get lucky with 3 relationships in a short span of time rather than having one in your teens, grow, another young adult, grow, another as adult, get married, happy life. No wonder they only ever talk about sex when it's all they relate with a relationship. I genuinely think that this "deeper understanding of a relationship" is really just coping with everyone involved usually being unlovable losers who found too many sexual offers in too short a span.

Ever wondered why they stop at 2-3 extra lovers? They're likely not interesting for most people and got lucky in a short timespan. "Woah everyone loves me! Better slow down haha!". It's coping and settling with having little genuine romantic success.

I don't know how successful these people were in getting some beforehand, but it's obvious all they value is sex. Since a lot of them are teens or already married, it smacks of people worried they didn't date enough and are just trying anything to sow their wild oats. Not necessarily following a program.

Exactly.
The whole movement exists because people are too gutless to end relationships that have run their course or because it has entered a settled stage.

People that appreciate and understand monogamy get that the relationship will enter various stages and the honeymoon phase (which polys seem addicted to) isn't actually that long.

It's of no surprise that with the rise of this bizarre movement, STIs (including a super resistant one) are on the rise.

who's 17? the artist or commenter? I guess it doesn't matter, because if you're an adult and have adult (or even young adult) commitments like school, job and/or kids how the hell can you be serious and committed in several relationships? Oh I guess the only people who have the sort of time to commit to this bullshit are loser NEETs or those who are perpetually underemployed.

Is it really that significant of a movement to influence the spread of STI? Even this reddit page only has about 200 thousand subscribers worldwide, assuming all of them are in these „relationships” it still seems like a small group of crazies. Maybe if they're congregated in a few large cities it could have influence there.

Not reddit, but I stumbled across this forum.

Tl;dr: women has sex with 20 people to make her husband jealous. Husband meets cute 25 year old with giant tits. Wife is *repulsed* she is 20 years younger than him. REPULSED. Husband wants to go to Italy with 25 y/o girlfriend. Wife throws giant fit.

My favorite part is when she starts complaining that her husband, who makes lots of money, is stingy about spending that money on her deadbeat boyfriend.

Okay, not reddit. But just as ridiculous. No surprise, most of the comments are agreeing with this.

I'm trying not to get MOTI. But can you say with a straight face that poly people have been mass murdered, killed, hung, tortured etc for their beliefs...
I'm a chick, I think accordion players are hot. Does that make me queer?

Seriously, though, I wonder how much porn addiction has to do with this. In terms of the men, a ton are compromised sexually in that they need kinkier shit to get hard-ons. This probably leaves a lot of women unsatisfied in the bedroom. Can't really get off with a guy if he has to spend the whole time watching some other chick getting banged on a screen or his dick turns to mush.

Either that, or the women involved assume "he's obsessed with porn because I'm not hot enough, maybe if I get another girl involved we'll actually have sex with me and/or he won't cheat on me behind my back with someone I don't know who might get pregnant or give him a communicable STD that I wind up catching."

I imagine there are also women who are addicted to porn and probably need more and more bizarre things to get them off.

I can't really grasp why any guy would be willing to have a threesome with another guy unless he were clearly bisexual. MAYBE I could see a "straight" guy willing to be in a foursome with another woman involved.

It is more the acceptable degeneracy of the younger generation that is probably the biggest culprit.
That being said I would say I have encountered more poly than troons.

I have had 3 or 4 encounters or experiences with poly people.
One woman lost her mind at me cause I said I didn't want to date a poly, another is an acquaintance and currently has 3 boyfriends and a girlfriend.

And the last one was a housemate who was poly and had caught herpes....from whom I'm not sure.

And I'll add that when I was single, lesbian Tinder was probably more clogged up with polys of some capacity (looking for a 3rd, attached bi women looking for a plaything etc) than trannies.

(I know that straight couples looking for a 3rd is probably not strictly poly but for this context it fits closer to them than not).

I also notice a lot of propaganda online that claims "It's perfectly safe to have sex with someone who has HIV/AIDS/HERPES as long as they're on drugs XYZ!".

I'm like... "NOPE to that".

These tards do know that HIV meds treat the symptom and not cure the root cause, right? It's like bug-chasing but in reverse. 🤢

Yeah, thanks for the incurable diseases you fucking perverts. This is why, while I generally view sexual behavior between consenting adults as, at least in principle, none of my business, I do think some forms of sexual behavior deserve at least disapprobation. This is sort of like how homosexuality itself is, at least imo, morally neutral, but extreme promiscuity and reckless disregard for the health of yourself and your partners is reprehensible.

I have never once seen any of these "polycules" turn into anything but an absolute disaster.
