Remember Reddit Redux? Or, as they renamed themselves, TNO Community Expansion? I used to be the lead dev there.

Admittedly, I was not a great one. My coding skills are kinda limited and at the behest of the devs I more or less tried to "ease" the drama with TNO largely out of a desire to not deal with TNOtard autism anymore.

That's not what this is about. If you were hoping TCE would be a less autistic, more fun version of TNO, I'm afraid I cant quite help anymore. The mod is now run by an unironic neoconfederate troon named w0lf, or "elisabeth großbrandt " these days.

w0lf was always an interesting character, but used my misplaced compassion for their mental problems to eventually steal the mod. Nominally its ran by a no longer friend of mine named Man of Sex but w0lf runs it all.

The mod is fucking dead. They havent done a release since Nov 2021. Their teasers are reposts of shit made when I was head dev that werent shown publicly.

As you can guess, Im banned from my own server too. Im pretty much persona non grata in any tno server, and I think Im better off for it.

I'll just focus on college before I end up being the subject of a thread here.

However, I do have some corrections to make.
W0lf hates her birth parents and has no intention of changing her last name to them.
she larps as German largely because she finds it funny even if it's admitedly schizo.
She's not a southern nationalist but does have family down south that she likes, but she definitely isnt like a fan of the League of the South or whatever.
I was also informed by w0lf that she hates Pcolas guts. Yes, she does lurk the thread.

Only US can be imperialist, therefore opposing whatever US does is anti-imperialist and the correct position informed by dialectic materialist. That's how Russia wasn't capable of imperialism despite sharing border with Korean. The Southern culture is also marked by blue-collar traditions, and carpetbagger communists feel insecure of their upperclass origins and view southern rednecks as more "authentic" working class. That's why communist groups have tried to appropriate the southern culture, like Redneck Revolt and Young Patriots that used the confederate flag.

A bunch of leaks on the Discord and Reddit these past couple of days while the farms were down, much more than usual. Most of these leaks were the usual BS, by which I mean concepts, art, and hoi4 portraits with an elaborate wall-of-text description.

They did however, finally release some new gameplay mechanics in the form of the Second Smuta. It's essentially just the same Russian warlord decisions with some tiny added features, but it's somehow still the only real mechanic they've released in months. On the flip side, they're also completely redoing the regional unification tress of the Russian warlords to make it fit with their "Second Smuta." So essentially it's only going to delay "development" more. Actually delusional.

Devs simply won't stop reworking some of the only good content in this mod. But we know that already.
