The fact there's barely, if any, oversight and communication between the different mod teams paints a really ugly picture of how TNO is practically in development hell.
I have yet to meet a Linux user that wasn't a self-pretentious faggot.

I do wonder what has become of them. Only thing I remember is the red Italy dev team are a big clique in the modding server and are the unironic Marxists compared to the normal faggoty neo-liberal dev team. Supposedly their grip was iron and originally PW was going to have 9 paths for Red Italy cut down to six which is still a lot from the nation that founded fascism the winning ideology the world war.So much so that it was heavily hinted at that it WAS the next update. Even the AAR guy on the subreddit who was playing all the no content nations kept labeling it "Playing X till Red Italy is released" but now its just gone. Stopped. Deep Freeze is being integrated which to be fair is probably farther ahead but you like never hear of Red Italy now or Penelope's Web.

I swear I'm just here for the reasonable RAM usage and >2hr uptime.
Testing units since they're pretty screwy. Seem to cause random crashes, and trying to open some army tabs cause crashes. Note that AI is turned off and only a few tags have oobs because army files are so screwy. Chose Amur since its alphabetically near the top of the list and I wanted to test warlord gameplay a smidge. Also technology gui was completely screwed up by the latest patch. Thanks paradox!

Someone complained several pages back that the new supply system completely screwed up Siberian combat, so I doubled supply from infrastructure and halved supply usage for all units. As you can see, I can stack 40 divisions (without truck logistics) with no supply hubs, no problem. Might nerf in the future since I'm not keen to entirely invalidate supply as mechanic.
Amur can beg daddy Japan for land, but you have to kill Kim Sung before you core it. IRL Kim was a pretty minor guerilla, but it's a funny detail so who cares,
Huttig explosion. If I recall you can't avoid this as huttig, which is somewhat lame
England can take wales in this version. Still a lame and pozzed version of England regardless
And uhhh this somehow happened. Neither Vichy nor Burgundy had units, so I'm chalking this up to Burgundy not winning their free war.
Also my gdp is currently growing 11% annually. Who says fascists are bad at economics?

I don't want to derail the whole thread, there's enough Linux/Windows/FOSS retardation in Internet and Technology, but there are legitimate reasons to not use Windows. Windows has been sucking for years and you know it.
The real point I was trying to make was that Paradox has an official Linux native version of HOI4 that has been fine for years. This isn't a Windows only game that you have to hack to work with 10 things in Protontricks/Winetricks where compatibility isn't assured. Sometimes mods don't work correctly, like TFR or Age of Imperialism (formerly), but other than that the Linux version of HOI4 is great.
I was trying to provide further evidence that Paradox doesn't playtest their shit very well. Dropping atomic bombs is one of the main things players are going to want to try out. It's clear they didn't playtest the Linux version, which again is a version that they officially support/maintain. This is an extremely easily documentable and repeatable bug and should have been caught before release.

TL;DR - Boo hoo hoo, Paradox isn't bending over backwards to make sure a single percentage of the playerbase isn't throwing shitfits because they didn't "playtest" for every single Linux distro.

TFR devs said they were against it but trannies insisted on using tranime gfx or else they wouldn't work on the mod.

This is why you should always plug in headphones whenever you play TFR. The EAS sound that plays when you start a run will definitely freak people out if your volume is loud enough.
