I would slightly I agree. I think an underexplored alt-hist concept of germany winning and having some control over africa, is what if the madagascar plan was implemented but on an even larger scale? What if germany in order to settle the east more efficiently starts also deporting russians and ukrainians to the congo or whatever? How would the existance of such minority groups then influence US foreign policy of supporting the anti-colonial movements? Would the diaspora in the US be fine with their people getting expelled again by the natives the US supported?

That would not sit right anyway with the retarded socialist fanbase. They had to cut the Jews being in Madagascar since anything that vaguely reminds them of Israel-Palestine makes them have a heart attack. Likewise they would also probably freak about this too. We already have them trying to say why Total Cracker Death is fine against Free France despite how it has more benefits for the world and the OFN. Having Whites be in Africa who were forcibly dumped there would mean they would need to have events about and write about this moral conundrum and what to do. This would ruin their narrative of black and white (pun not intended) niggers versus the evil Nazi white bois who are there. Essentially your idea is interesting but having white people not be the villains in Africa is asking a bit much for these guys. We're lucky South Africa is not racist and is portrayed as normal, sane, democratic nation.

Post colonial Sub Saharan Africa is interesting but not really in a war game ideological struggle sort of way. Most of the historical conflicts can be boiled down to Tribe A hates Tribe B because Tribe B controls the government and hogs all the resources leading to civil war, coup, etc. which Foreign Nations C and D try exploit to their own ends.
