If i may just rant for a bit, am I the only one that feels that mod "the fire rises" will just be either be like a TNO scenario or a mod that gets one release and never updated again? It's just yet another 2ACW mod but with the autism of modern day politics since it's set in 2020 so I feel we can easily get a TNO situation where it's so biased towards one side.. Maybe i'm just so burnt out of fucking every mod having a 2ACW because it only ends up becoming a way for the mod devs to LARP their fantasies whether right or left wing, and they keep saying the mod is near completion but they've been saying that for about a year now, so what gives (other than the obvious answer of the mod devs just being lazy and wanting to LARP in their alt history world more than making the mod).

Besides KR/KX, I genuinely cannot recall a 2ACW scenario in a HOI4 mod that wasn't a complete collapse of government control, Somalia style. In these scenarios, you rarely, if ever see an original faction, or at least a new take on a faction. Once you pay a smidge of attention, you notice that these scenarios use the same stock 'characters' over and over and over again.

Thing is I really doubt the US Government would end up like Africa in that scenario, it would be at most either say the Military and some civilans on one side vs other parts of the military and civilians on another, the idea of a "warlord america era" is just stupid, as a Democrat side would probably never let in full communists/CCP shills in their ranks as with the Republican/Right Wing side ever working with Patriot Front or Atom Waffen. It would end just being republicans vs democrats with front lines based on what's popular in certain regions/states.
But who needs actual thoughtful ideas or understanding how an 2nd American civil war would work when you can LARP

I'm not sure it counts as a 2ACW scenario but from what I remember from playing North America Divided a few early last year with friends it had a pretty good variety of leaders with some obligatory wacky ones (Zog New York) but felt genuinely fun and refreshing since its a much large North America map. I think so many mods just try focus on le wacky alt history when you can make interesting and enjoyable Hoi4 gameplay by just changing up how the game plays more fundamentally like setting it somewhere other than Europe.

NAD is a really good mod for a somewhat strange setting (they are expanding the mod with new factions though, including the Soviet navy and Japanese navy so they may still fuck it up), Nazi PA is the best state by far

Since it seems alt history modern day era mods are popular, I made a shitty bingo card to play whenever you see these mods teasted (Fire Rises. Enteral Golden Dawn, etc) if you have anything else that should be added go ahead

I think you should include globalist shills along with the Mod team full of either /pol/tards or tankies, South Africa has a civil war with whites bad and blacks good with zero nuance in between, economic and domestic policy minigames makes up for most of the mod's content, there's an event where some political guy the modder doesn't like lives or dies humiliatingly, nations like Russia, Turkey, China, and Indonesia can be deconstructed and balkanized and it is seen as a wholesome path and this bingo card would seem right.

Spartakus; A world in Revolution is a leftist hoi4 alt history power fantasy set in a world where all of the subsequent commie insurrections following WW1 succeeded. The devs encompass your typical brand of leftist lolcowdom. The mod itself had been in development for 5 years yet all the devs have to spit out is a broken Git demo with only 3 functional lines of code and it seems only one person in the entire dev team seems to have actually worked on the mod.
