Canada, specifically the authoritarian path. Going Absolutist or IUP won’t transfer you over to a new tag, so your research and units don’t get reset. (As far as I know, KX hasn’t fixed this. Happy to be wrong.)
Good choices, although personally I would've chosen the Social Credit Party but I've heard IUP gives you stupid amounts of manpower. I'll probably do a run of a few Canada paths since I haven't played them since they were updated.
According to the path guides, Soccreds can do this too.

Haven't played the new content but the Italy and the American Commonwealth that Kaiser made are peak hoi4 modding kino outside of some of the fun stuff of kaiserredux, red flood, and tfr.
I played falangist Spain. And it was OK. Same old Red World . I conquered most of Africa and America . And then I fought Warsaw Pact as final boss.
