For all the talk about "don't let troons into your projects", what is the right decision(s) to do when the project is all normal people, but one of them decided to go "I'm trans and taking HRT" later down the line?

I'd say watch them like a fuckin' hawk and at the first sign that they compromise the project or other team members in lieu of their egomania, kickban their ass, cease all contact and do not even utter their name from that point on.

hell, even before the troon menace projects utilizing long-distance internet teams (especially hobby ones) attracted drama-whores like shit attract flies, so this is just a good rule in general that applies to more than just troons but also any other kind of special headcase that inevitably wants to make the project all about them and what they think it should be.

In other news, the HoI4 Modding Coop is currently in the midst of infighting regarding TNO's imminent collapse. For those of you who don't know, the Coop is essentially a weird UN-esque group gathering together the major mods of HoI4. This Coop also has a long and detailed history of drama and retardation on par with TNO itself, but nowadays its a shriveled shell of its former self.

However, a certain puppet-fucker named Indyclone isn't convinced.
