I just buy a key for the game from my friendly neighbourhood Russian mafia at severely reduced cost. Then I use an unlocker for the DLC. That way I still get workshop support and the latest updates locked behind paywalls but Paradox get fucked. Because in their world me buying a key from a reseller is worse than Piracy. Right, so I've actually contributed to a few Skyrim mods including a very brief stint on one of the big vapourware meme projects. I saw this happen to that project in real time. Here's what you do. First of all, you keep the mod team small. Ten members max. And you personally know every member before they join the team, you know what job they're doing, and that job is easy to understand and act upon. You don't go full scope retard. You make a ONE TO TWO PAGE design doc that has every thing you need to know about the mod you're making. You have clear and consise goals. And you drop anyone who shows signs of mental instability. Which is easy to spot amongst trannies as they make a big performance over every percieved injustice in their life. And can never just shut up and work.
