TNO's side of the bargain was that they'd apologize for the big ban waves of Russians and seek to avoid shitting on Ruskis in the future. While Russian TNO would ban the posting of Pacifica's dox. Caliph's announcement was phrased in such a way as to imply Ruski TNO had come to them looking for "peace" and they continued to shit on them anyway. I'm told Russian TNO entered into the agreement not expecting western TNO to be able to hold up their end of the bargain for long. But I do wonder if less than 10 hours was in the cards for them.
