As far as I understand it - the modding COOP is some sort of a server where all the major HOI4 mod devs talk and help each other, and membership in there probably legitimizes one's mod in the modding community.
Plaza as far as I can see tries to do the same, but instead of swf calling shots it's AG.

So about Winona, after a quick look I might know their real name. His grandma's (RIP) obituary lists family, among them Lynn Goodman, a woman who comments on his Facebook posts. Among them is also listed a Chris Goodman, someone I was unable to find, making me think Winona is Chris.
Or I could be wrong 100%.

Also Winona hid his friends list on Facebook for some reason.
