I don't think TNO is going away anytime soon, at least if you're implying the project will officially cease content production. HOI 4 is scripting which is just changing data tables and not proper coding which is why they can have such a huge (around 200) strong taskforce that was already a revolving door before this thread picked up steam. And being put up to any lead role was a win-win where you now get to do nothing and take all the credit for the work of 200 other people. Lead devs stepping down is really symbolic and can affect morale for a bit. But, is functionally meaningless in practice since everything was already planned and they stopped scripting. I think the Kaisereich comparisons of a focus on endless reworks that stall major content additions is most likely. It'll be interesting to see what the content is like when they move beyond that though. Since they're not bound by Panzer's insanely bad ideas long term now. Part me of wants them to make good content and not constantly fuck it up. Part of me wants it to be even worse.
I was actually talking about TNO their India was supposed to be code complete with only writing shit missing but India content is nowhere to be found.
I just want a good mod. Also remember their first expansion pack (Cutting Room Floor) was supposed to be shit that was cut last minute and it took them FOUR MONTHS to release it. I honestly don't know if the endless cycle of reworks is what we'll get since the reworks have seemed to stop after Panzer and Pacifica stepped down.

Oh I thought you meant in Japan's presentation in KR, but yeah that tree is awful. I think Japan being in Asia kind of pushes it outside of the periphery for some reason but there is no reason it doesn't need a dire rework.
TNO Japan is also in pretty bad state . They planned five paths at launch . 2 were cut. Most of mechanic didnt work last time I checked so you get couped by Kishi in like 1969 (failstate).
