Why are they using recolored pictures of Ranma? The main plot of Ranma was that he wanted to get rid of the curse that kept turning him into a girl and being stuck in a female body was one of his greatest fears. Literally the opposite to what those faggots propose.

Quick side note, DIY hormones are really dangerous, I've heard. Also it's really dangerous to pressure anyone into transitioning? Be accepting, ofc, but transitioning medically is a choice that not all trans people with dysphoria choose. Some just change how they dress, some bind, some just don't care. There's a lot to take into consideration. The exhaustion that comes up with transitioning, mentally and physically, any current physical illnesses, the mental adjustment... I'm not saying deny transition, but the choice should be made individually, not out of pressure.

Almost all of my trans friends see a therapist on the regular. So of course I recommend that as well. That's what was curious to me, it's as if there are either a single autistic person or group devoted to various types of shitposting on 4chan. One is the "Take the big black cock" threads posted everywhere. And the second is the "Do you want to be/fuck a trap" threads.

Some threads are just shitposters, but the regularity and the lack of deviance in subject matter makes me think it's some organized thing across boards.

as a general rule, taking medical advice from a site full of dejected social outcasts is probably not a good idea. I've seen some of those threads before that propagate this kind of stuff, and they're just full of scientifically illiterate bullshit like the myth that BPA water bottles give you xenoestrogens.
