Netflix didn't say why they are not doing the documentary.
If I should have to speculate:
There might be several reasons than just one.
- The possible backlash from the troll community (doxing people who work on the documentary & harassing them)
- Rainer is not the easiest person to work with.
- They did the numbers and came to the conclusion it's just not worth it.
- Rainer's YouTube channel got banned last year and he himself doesn't have any backups of his videos or streams. So if Netflix would want to use original material they would have to get them from Rainer's trolls. That might work but a lot of troll channels who were archiving Rainer's videos and streams got banned too or are always on the brink of getting banned (BitCute or Odysse aren't used that much, most trolls still use YT). But another issue here might be with the copyright. It's very unlikely that a troll might sue Netflix bc they took his stuff that he took from Rainer but the whole thing might throw some shades on Netflix which they don't want have to deal with (

- Drachenlord's donation campaign got deleted. Reason: unknown.

- The alogs of the stalker channel on Telegram told their 46.2k subscribers to report Rainer and another guy for hatespeech.

Not directly an update about Rainer, more about his alogs. The Schanzenwatch Telegram channel decided to tell their 46k subscribers to download a mod for WhatsApp and to use smspva.com. Allegedly, the mod allows a user to send 5000 messages at once. They instruct them to use Bluestack, use a number from smspva, and use the mod to overwhelm Drachenlord's phone (he has an Oukitel) so he can't beg online in his tiktok streams. Just so you know what kind of trolls Germans are.

If you do that with enough people (always direct interactions) you will get some people who will give him a visit, even if only to insult him because they couldn't talk back.
Of course he is borderline retarded (certified ICD-10 F70 apparently), but that doesn't keep everyone at bay. Retards can be assholes too.
Most people vandalizing his property were (I feel) not "wronged" by him personally, but just antisocial "party people" for whom this was fun.
But that happened less often than Rainer wants people to believe and for the most part in the last 1-2 years, when he had the most notoriety among that crowd.
TL;DR
Rainer was a massive shitlord while simultaneously being a faggot to people directly and not just releasing vague videos aimed at the haters in general like most cows (although he did that too and it was hilarious when he did).
