Containment Random Chris Updates

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
You know what's weird is I live relatively close to Ruckersville and have never ran into him. Infact in the general area nobody really pays attention to him. Infact I've met more people online who know Chris than people in areas close to him.
I personally think there's an unwritten law among the Charlottesville/ruckersvile populace to never speak of Chris except in hushed whispers to your children as a cautionary tale. Similar to the purpose behind old fairy tales and nursery rhymes

Honestly I'd believe that. I've pretty much came to the conclusion that only bring up chris in public if you can tell someone is either a person who likes lolcows or someone who likes documentaries. Geno's Documentaries are a really good conversation piece surprisingly in discussion groups not even remotely in the demographic of this board.

Also on a similar note, I await the day when he's gone and the stories of what happened at the empty shell of 14 branchland or whatever gets put in its place are told among campfires at summer camps and Chris becomes the autistic version of my boy Jason Voorhees.

"I don't wanna scare anyone but I'm gonna give it to you straight about Chris chan. His body was never recovered from the hoard after the second fire."

Someone showed me these screencaps of Chris's Pokemon Go profile.

Chris plays on multiple phones so he can solo raids, right?
He must be spending a ton on raid passes. And poke balls because 25k is a lot. That’s way more than you’d be able to do with the daily freebies.

Hey man, it's all to further advance the Merge!! So what if he's spending 4 out of every 5 cents from his paypigs into a fucking mobile pokemans game, IT'S FOR THE MERGE!!!

Actually, I just realized the daily freebies is only a few months old. So he’s been spending a lot.

Keep in mind that pokeballs have the lowest catch rate so the majority of those 25,000 would take multiple balls and that’s not counting the ones missed or that ran away. And that’s just 1 account. If he’s soloing raids, he’d need his other accounts would need to have a decent amount and leveled. He’s spending a fuckton. That’s just on the basics, they also sell fashion items and special event tickets. Not to mention the incubators to hatch eggs.

25k Pokémon caught isn't a lot for a level 40 player who has been playing for years, and GO has a security feature which means that distance from driving doesn't contribute towards walking distance, so 800km walked is actually very little in the grand GO scheme.

As a complete noob to this game, would Chris having his home turned into some gym / pokestop / Sonichu HQ place allow him to farm pokemon with greater efficiency and less effort, or is there another motive for him trying to convert his hive of garbage into a nexus?

It's really that and to also stroke his own ego

Pokémon spawn around gyms/stops, and spinning a gym/stop is the way to get items, so if the Temple of Troon became a gym/stop, Chris would less reason to leave his house to play.

How does that work? When I played it when it first came out the only way it determined if you were driving was measure how fast you were going, which isn't gonna deter any hardcore cheater like Chris from just driving slowly.

This is probably why they don't let you make private residences into one.

Chris is actually a pretty careful driver, at least when he isn't running over Jews like Michael Snyder. I think it's because he can barely mentally manage driving so he drives really slowly and carefully. I don't think he'd actually drive around for Pokemon, and if he did, he'd crash.

That’s still close to catching around 20 each day, every single day, for 4 years.

I mean, im impressed by his commitment, but at the end of the day, what's the point? I don't get the impression there's a lot of fun to be gained by playing something like this on your own. Could it be something related to autism that makes him so addicted? Ie: finishing a collection?

Its a Pokémon game, and it isn't just Chris playing, tens of millions of people are playing around the world, and a lot of them are more dedicated players than Chris is.
