I think of it as going to the corner for the ultimate time out. I've said this many times: Chris needed to have his behavior adjusted to keep stuff like this from happening. I think the time it manifested was during the love quest where Bob would have/should have put the axe on that ASAP.

Oh I would love if THIS was the incident that put chris in prison. it would be last chance, his trip to the roughest grow-up box in modern civilization. It would make or break chris as a functional adult. Its the BEST option for him in my regard. It gives him 3 meals a day, a clean bed, people who aren't going to put up with his shit and treat him like he's supposed to be a reasonable adult. And then there'd be a chance for release and him maybe saying "You know, a job doesn't sound bad compared to prison."

But let's face it, chris has a habit of getting the lightest slap on the wrist. I'd honestly be shocked if he didn't just end up in a psyche ward somewhere as a permanent ward of the state, kept sedated and getting to live in a fantasy world for the rest of his life. In his state of mind, it'd be heaven on earth.

If Chris didn't see what was so wrong about incest back then, I doubt he'll change his mind now. He's probably gonna whine about how he was "set up" to confess to fucking Barb, and then blabber on about the merge some more.

Am I wrong for hoping he gets a slap on the wrist. If hes locked up in a psyche ward, he'll be disconnected from the internet and likely all updates will cease to exist and we'll no longer be able to witness his continuous fall. I always pictured chris killing himself on livestream, years after barb died trying to merge dimensions in the hoard.

I'm reminded what trump said during the campaign trail: "I would shoot someone on 5th Avenue and people will still vote for me." If Chris tried to do to trump like Hinckley did to Reagan, Chris would get a slap on the wrist. It's eerie how much alike those two are.

I wonder what it would take for Chris to accept reality/accountability?

Complete removal from his comfort zone, the internet, and support network. IE: a psyche ward or prison.
