TLR tho, before all of it is revealed: He has several companies and addresses in Maryville, Missouri, where he studies. He has the 5 year probation for manufacturing the funny shrooms 2 km from the school, but he was bonded out for the 50K dollars. Documents also show that he has no family, friends, kids and Monthly Income is listed as "-".
He is also in one company with Thomas Cecil...who I have more stuff on, but it'll have to wait. Posted some of it yesterday.

Not sure I have one. At least the ages line up. This guy is listed as 21 at the time of his arrest. The Praetor guy's birthdate is September 17, 2002, which would make him 21 at the time of the arrest (and 22 now). An oddity in the case is he appears to have been represented by a public defender. If he's the same guy buying a house in Virginia, that would seem pretty inconsistent with poverty and one would imagine he could end up in a lot of trouble.

And of course, it would be really bad to have concealed a sizeable amount of drug money then used to purchase a house while pleading poverty.

Okay, the one thing troubling me was "Caden Michael Peck" being the name of the Missouri guy while not knowing what the middle name of "Caden Peck" in Virginia was. But in a traffic case, the Goochville Caden is, in fact, also "Caden Michael Peck."

Fun fact, they would be admissable if the landlord took them himself, even if he did it illegally and without notice, so long as the government wasn't involved in the misconduct, because the Fourth Amendment exclusionary rule only applies to agents of the government or those acting as such.

However, if the landlord let the officers enter without a warrant or exigent circumstances justifying a warrantless search, the photos (or anything else taken) would be inadmissable, at least unless the Supreme Court does away with the exclusionary rule like the conservatives on the court (including Scalia most notably) have been rumbling about for a while.
