Indeed, but it's not the only rule broken by this server, far from it.
While CWCki has covered up its involvement in both Cyraxx and Daniel Larson trolling, I will skip over that fact for now. The reasons are twofold, irrelevancy to the current topic at hand, as well as cross forum drama, which I do not want to indolge in.
I will also bring up several instances of TOS breaking by the server. While they are inconsequential in nature here, they are grounds for having the server taken down by Discord staff, if they cared enough. None of the server reports I have sent went any further than being rejected by an automated bot.
Alright, with that out of the way, let's begin. Of course, with the most obvious rule, Rule 1.
As we have seen, it was broken by CWCki Discord staff multiple times, which should result in an instant ban.
In addition to that, the server also has several other people who have contacted him and some promiment Christorical figures...but not in the right way.
GiBi, albeit largely inactive, is still in the CWCki server. He joined alongside Chris back on August 10/11 2020 as well. If any of you doesn't know, GiBi is a carpetbagger and a person who eventually doxxed Fiona.
Another one is Geno Samuel. While very respected in the community, he was in contact with multiple Chris's orbiters and enablers, including WCT, Fiona and Bella. He also interacted with Chris a couple of times directly.
I will not be posting the entirety of rules, but only those who interest me. The rule 1d in particular seems to have been added following my ban from the CWCki discord, after the mods started believing that I was the one who leaked Caden's SSN. Of course, I did obtain it by checking public records and social media accounts, notably, the Missouri case network, and I did censor Caden's SSN, that leaking via another person who looked in the court records.
This rule is an interesting one, but I will need to provide context for it.
See, NSFW content used to be illegal, but the server also...wasn't checking if the people in the server were minors.
This comes from 28th of June and the post prohibits minors from entering CWCki...but only in theory, again, nothing stopping you from being there. The problematic part is that, albeit via slight loophole, such content was, in fact, streamed even before then, specifically, two videos.
On 3rd of April and 8th of May, respectively. This is prior to the ban of minors and allowance of NSFW content. Both of them feature either fetish material or full frontal nudity, therefore, not the best thing to show to kids, or even ask them to look it up themselves, as the loophole is that "while they are not livestreamed, each person watches the video themselves and comments on it". Even afterwards, Cakefarts wouldn't be allowed due to "Depictions of pornographic or
fetish material, photos or videos of people actively engaging in sex".
The NSFW rule was only actually ennacted on 2nd of July, which makes the two above videos also break the server rules, as stated before. However, it was soon rendered void anyway, due to the fact that the following video, For Julie's Eyes Only, breaks the exact same part of the rule as Cakefarts.
To be specific, "Depictions of pornographic or fetish material, photos or
videos of people actively engaging in sex"
Also updated recently following some server drama, the staff has harshened punishments for arguing with them. While I cannot directly confirm when the rule was enacted or on people who might have gotten banned due to it, it can lead to mod abuse.
From the Discord TOS, there's also one more thing this server does, bar, you know, being a Chris Chan server...and a server that discusses other lolcows...
The media channel contains several pinned messages containing pirated copies of movies, a clear TOS break. A bit petty, but hell, it's another thing they're violating.
There are also other rules which might be problematic, but I do not any concrete examples of their misuse, and I also do not want to bring up drama on topics that are too big for me/are of no relevance to this thread.
In conclusion, the Official CWCki Server on Discord breaks multiple rules placed upon it by both Discord and itself, as well as protecting several people who have broken the rules due to their status.
