It's still out of left field to me that that "Honor Roll" is derping around in Finland.

It likely has something to do with "Flutter", but that was still unexpected that he'd leave Virginia. When before merely going to Ohio was a big deal back in "classic" days.
 
If Flutter is still in the States with him (and if that supposed sighting from a redditor was true) Chris could be trying to unban himself so they can go together, or she pushed him to do it. Google says the convention is in August, 22-24.

Obviously I'm lying. the only slightly depressing part is I'm unaware of any comprehensive list of every con he's banned from.

I didn't know Chris Chan lived in my city until I saw him (her?) at my local Walmart today. Shocked the hell out of me. He had a lady with him but they were both very quiet.

Regarding Chris and apologies, this is to date the only sincere apology that ever came out of him. To a faceless corporation, and because his bloated, retarded ego made him think that massive hacking incident was pretty much about him.

I'm saying easy, because I bet Chris has been practicing this for, like, the past two years or so. That's why he has that excercise equipment in the September 16, 2023 sighting and he lost so much weight around that time.
 
I live in Virginia, maybe 30 minutes from Roanoke. I asked my buddies about him, and apparently people see him around town all the time, so I know he's lived in my city for quite a while. I didn't hear them say anything interesting, they were just grocery shopping. Nothing out of the ordinary. I didn't want to bother them so I recorded quickly then went on with my day. But if I see him again I'll keep you all updated if things change!

I will say the only thing that really struck me as odd about them was that they kept looking around nervously, as if they were scared someone would recognize them or try to interact with them. You can even see in the video the lady kept glaring at me even though I had only been in their aisle for less than a minute.

Since I cannot send you a direct message, for whatever reason, and since you're mostly a DarkSydePhil guy, I guess I gotta give you a short summary there, since it might be relevant to you.

Chris has lived in Big Island, VA for over two years now and has been since spotted in the places like Bedford, Roanoke and, of course, Lynchburg. If you have seen them in the Forest Road Lynchburg, that's the most common place Chris has been spotted at in the past.

Very good. While Flutter's with Chris, they're very often spotted together. Nowadays, it's way rarer, since Flutter's most likely Finnish and bar going away for long stretches of time, Chris and Flutter also regularly travel there. In fact, they have just returned from Finland.

Flutter is very wary of her surroundings and pretty good at avoiding having pics of her being taken. It's a running joke in the community. While there were a few people who have taken a photo of her face before, they were from the distance and very low quality. Good job on that front, and thanks for providing these details.
