The reasons for the shitty pictures is that Chris has no qualms about going absolutely ape shit in public. No one knows if he say, would spot someone lining up a shot, or merely playing with their phone, and then shout as loud as he can across the restaurant, or where ever, making a huge scene before going back to what he was doing. Remember, Chris doesn't have any shame about acting like a total spoiled brat. Pick him on the wrong day and he might immediately jump up, knocking shit over and start waddling after the person in an aggressive way, screaming about stealing Jesus Christ Chan's soul or something.

The similar fear with Flutter too, no one knows exactly how she'll act, and there's been reports of her trying to pull Chris away from talking with someone. Is she similarly lacking any shame? Would she start screaming at someone trying to take their picture? No one knows.

You think he would just jump on someone and attack them or something? Chris has been approached before and the only thing that happens was they were basically told to fuck off. I don't think Chris even looked at them.

I mean yes I know about the pepper spray but usually Chris only does shit like that in retreat mode.

If he was having a bad day but 2 years in jail and some time in the group home taught him how to act in public. Eventually over time he will forget those teaching.

Side note I bet cabbage paid. She is chris's walking wallet.

Now if he had some mace and a bad day then he might act out but I doubt he wants to go to jail again.

Chris has enough intelligence to know that if he catches an assault charge he's fucked. If he gets the wrong judge he'd be facing actual prison time and have a felony charge. Flutter sure as fuck isn't going to be throwing hands because she'd get her ass deported back to Moomin Land. The most they'll do is whine and run away. These shitty pics are either redditors being absolute pussies or Caden is having people post shitty pics to keep the mystery going. We have HD footage of Flutter now so it's only a matter of time she's doxed. Once the mystery is gone, even fewer people will give a shit about Chris and the only money coming into the Etsy shop will be whatever drug money Caden is laundering.
 
Some of the pics are naturally going to be blurry because people are just trying to get a quick pic without drawing attention to themselves. It doesn't even have to be because they're worried about Chris's reaction - it's weird to be taking candid pics of people minding their own business. Probably not but if the person responded by getting aggressive back he'd pussy out instantly, like that old GAMe PLACe story where he chimped out at some black guy because he was losing Pokemon or something, and the guy stood up and Chris changed his tune immediately.
Chris yells at him, "I'm going to smack your effing face down!" and TJ stands up like he's going to beat his ass. Chris shrinks back and and says "I mean your face-down monster..."

I'm not saying Chris would assault someone, but he has no qualms about yelling and screaming in public places. Jumping up and screaming "NO YOU DON'T TAKE A PICTURE OF ME AND MY FLUTTER" in the middle of a crowded restaurant or some where is not out of the realm of possibility. Plus Chris has learned about doxing threats. Him or Flutter could pull out their phones and follow someone while recording them, recording their car and license plate and not batting an eye about putting it online. Remember Jeep Guy?

Imagine having two speds, yelling and screeching, shoving their phones in your face as you try to leave, then acting all white trash getting footage of your car.

Naturally it would be a Kiwi who would nut up and actually get a decent picture/video (without harassing of course).

That reminds me, did OP who took that Flutter video ever get a True and Honest tag? If anyone deserves one ATM, I think he does.
