Containment Random Chris Updates

Lol, Chris is just referring to his female soul.

"Chris thinks he might be able to have a baby once the transition is complete (I have nothing to do with that. Chris said it's a possibility he could get pregnant)."
I actually believe Ballzy here, because Chris has mentioned this before.
He should have been denied hormone therapy treatment on this fact alone.

Yeah, this just goes back to Chris lacking foresight. I don't think he truly understands that his life-span and quality of life could will be severely diminished, more so than it will already be.
I think Chris probably believes that things are just going to fall into place, and he will have some hot dyke and baby waiting for him right after he gets a new vagina.
It's been a year, and nothing much has changed for Chris, he's just older, uglier, and fatter.
It's just another never -ending thing to distract him from the fact that he will die alone covered in filth.

is he still on those hormones or did he stop taking them.
As far as we know, he’s still on them. He mentioned them not too long ago, along with his vibrating moob treatments.

He’s also still doing the subliminal YouTube videos .... so maybe he figures the hormones aren’t needed

lol, TheTrueSonichu is no Idea Guy.

And a bit of drama between Chris and Bryan:

I honestly do not think Chris realizes that when he comic gets "world famous" he will end up with more fans doing the exact same thing Brian's doing but on a larger scale. That and I don't think Chris is able to comprehend what copyright actually entails, the only part he paid attention to is the section that says when people copy your stuff it's copyright infringement (which Chris himself is extremely guilty of) and therefore you can request, not demand that someone stop using it. Maybe Brian should call Chris out on this. But then again, if he does, we all know Chris will end of making up so stupid excuse. I hope Brian continues to do this shit, it will give Chris a taste of what he's been doing his entire life, and then maybe Chris will understand the true meaning of the word empathy.

Being guilty of copyright infringement doesn't mean your own copyrights aren't valid.

Chris can legally order people to stop reproducing Sonichu or making fanart of it.

In fact Chris doesn't even have the downside of having to dox himself with the DMCA procedure. He's already doxed.

He could certainly request it but unless the derivative work was generating a profit then it's likely going to be a case of fair usage. Even company's like games workshop had little success when getting caught up with in these cases, I can't think of any notable successful claims outside of the Harry Potter case.
Fanart is a far cry from YouTube fear of loosing safe harbour over a DMCA

The derivative work doesn't need to generate a profit to impact the market. As I understand it, judges (not that a judge would ever see it, of course) side with the original creators pretty often.

And I think Chris would have a better case because he's a small time comic artist, trying to support himself with his patreon money.

Edit: Like, I think the big argument is whether or not fanart exploits Sonichu or instead brings new attention to Sonichu.

The anti-Chris argument in that case would be "my fan comic is ironic, people will want to read the original Sonichu to learn more." (ie it's not negatively affecting the market value of the original)

The pro-Chris argument is that Sonichu looks like crap, and redoing the Sonichu plot in a new comic is literally just lifting Chris' work, making it look pretty, and leaving the original comic in the dust. That would severely affect the market value.

Now, we all know that Sonichu is crap in any form and this isn't affecting the market value. But I think the pro-Chris argument is easier to persuade a normal, non-autistic judge of.

In any cases that I'm aware of a win the owner had to make a case that the work in some way either damaged their brand or posed as canon material (Disney indirect sequels/ unauthorised star wars novels / the Chinese Harry potter official sequel).
Anything less and it's a case of fair usage and parody. Considering Sonichu is and electric hedgehog POKEMON you've got a very grey area.
They money involved getting a case heard simply isn't worth it to little guys.
