No you would not find this in an art gallery.
I am not a stickler for art, I am very open to different art styles but the babyish coloring in is just not pleasing to look at an has no rhyme or reason.
Honestly looking at this steaming pile of garbage like it was art did make me think if Chris has a method to his coloring in? He started the shoulders going west to east (probably to face mecca) but then decided to go North to South, perhaps to show us the equatorial line in our souls perhaps? There is lots of overlap but only on the ends, not intersecting an existing line, perhaps to show that chaos can only interject at the beginning or the end of a journey? The cat was outlined in blue scribbles, was this to ensure he doesn't want to accidentally bleed into the white cat because according to Chris white is the best color for something pure?
I needed to stop looking at this magnum opus as I started to go insane trying to work out what the lengths of the color strokes ment, they seem to be uniform, if I use an onscreen ruler will I find the length in mm to be a fibonacci number.
I need an adult...
