@Marvin said it's one of the Idea Guy videos that hadn't been released until now. One of the people currently trolling Chris logged into his Twitter and posted it.
 
It's the companion video to him singing All Star previously. Judging from his voice he was not happy about singing it, much less doing so while pulling his pud.

I love Chris' jokes. They're the one thing that just loses me every single time. I have no idea what any of his jokes are supposed to mean, or why he thinks they're funny.
 
So what exactly is up with Chris now? He has been preaching and hyping the merge for months now, call the rapture yesterday. Got hacked and had trolls post a video of him jacking a limp dick. And now boast about beating a children's game and make jokes about hotdogs. Even Cole can't rate this film lower with the rising action, climax, and resolution all over the place.
