Actually it was created by just a someone from r/chrischansonichu as containment to prevent those crazies from shitting up the subreddit. Only two people unironically use it, Righteous4CWC and his sockpuppets and Jacob himself. Also I can confirm that this is indeed Chris's account. His activities go back to 2016, during the Doopie Saga.

Yeah, no one who makes a living selling firearms or a private seller who wants to keep his Second Amendment rights is going to sell to Chris. Just like Phil/ADF, Chris is instantly recognizable as someone who should not be in possession of firearms, and no one is going to risk the liability of selling to him just to make a buck. I must admit that I’d love to see Chris attempt a mass shooting.
