It's a 3D model from Skylanders Imaginators, which has a character creator feature. Early 2017 he had custom figures made and cards made of the character model and he even tried to sell merch of it.

It's from the character editor of a shitty game marketed to 10 year olds which was based about shamelessly making you spend additional money buying overpriced physical figures that you could connect to the game. Of course, that was tailor made from Chris, who was more than happy to sink hundreds of dollars on embarrassing plastic trinkets.
