My opinion Chris is WAY down the list of people the legal dept is going to be taking the extra step dedicating an actual service of subpoena however, I have a hard time believing they (Sega/nintendo/hasbro etc) do not know about it, due to the trolls informing on him;

Why are you very confident of something so silly? There are thousands of brony artists doing things much more likely to be sued than what Chris is doing and none of them report getting bogus C&Ds. The dozen or so times Hasbro has actually shut something down, it had at least some merit to it.

I think there must be a sort of intentional blind spot or good will companies have, if you go to any comic or brony or whatever convention you'll see artists drawing stuff they don't have the copyright for and selling knock-off / fan created merchandise right alongside the people who create the comics and shows they're based on.

And I seriously doubt Chris is earning as much as a half competent artist with a booth at a comic convention, he's more on the level of a DeviantArt artist who releases a very occasional fanzine.

I can imagine some weens have sent cease and desist letters to fuck with him. But Chris has long since learned not to waste his time with random letters people send him.

But the only company I’ve seen take notice of Chris was Sega and that was only to make fun of him. Someone who scrapes together tard bucks by scribbling with magic markers is otherwise not someone any self respecting company would waste the ink on to send them a letter, much less pay someone to write the damn thing.

You also gotta figure cost vs. benefit in this scenario. How much has Chris consistently made off of his shit and how much backlash would a company get for taking an impoverished mentally ill man to court? Furthermore if they did take him to court, he probably wouldn’t buy their shit anymore. There would be other people who would quit buying their shit too.

Chris is seen as harmless by these companies. He doesn’t consistently make enough money to warrant suing. I’m sure people of these companies know who he is on some level because of the infamy he’s accrued over the years, but not enough to bring it to court and probably not like the super higher ups that actually make legal decisions regarding the company. No he’s just a weirdo on the Internet with his own fan comic and idea for other media. He’s just simultaneously more loud and somehow more lazy than the other people who do the exact same shit he does which makes this case study even more interesting.

Well that, and he never delivered the comics he already "sold", the ones featuring the stolen IP. I guess Chris steals from everyone From IP, Dstecks to his patreons, not to mention Josh who was surprisingly nice enough to help him out so many times for Chris to shit on, recently.

This is my last attempt to try an explain my theory on where I suspect Chris is legally standing. Picture junkmail, mastercard send one thousand CC unpersonalized applications to people on database with Fico above 600 just to get one reply. Legal dept sends one thousand letters/e-mails to people using IP for small financial gain. Most ignore it and that is where Chris is and nothing really happens. I'm surprised his ripoff cardgame may be lucrative enough to have paid an influencer/endorser to promote the game (when he's not promoting child pornography) and if chris or his tardwrangler/manager actually sells/delivers it in large numbers (something Chris has never done before) then the IP owners might take interest. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but the manager/tard wrangler is keeping themselves anonymous which could come in handy if Sega comes knocking, leaving chris with the bag, similar to a Joshua Wise situation if all turns into a legal dumpsterfire but, I'm speculating WAY to much already into this and frankly spending too much effort explaining a theory.

TL;DR, Chris appears to have a "manager" who appears to have spent money on a promoter, if Chris changes his track record and actually doesn't just steal patreon money, actual delivers product and enough people buy "horsefucker: the gathering" IP owners might get more aggressive. OR my theory is wrong and nothing changes and we can look forward too "horsefucker: the gathering", the latest brony pastime.

And we know about it. And we know about a couple dozen other things Hasbro has C&D'ed. People don't just silently ignore it when they get shut down.

Like, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that the CwC-verse is populated entirely of either Sonic/Pokemon/MLP/anime etc., or based on people Chris knows IRL. As long as Chris has been doing this, you would think that by random probability he would at some point create some something original purely by chance, yet it seems like his entire alternate universe is just stolen from somebody else.
I seriously wonder if there are neurons misfiring that are preventing him from being legit original?
