Containment Random Chris Updates

They aren't even in the shop most of the time. They have other people run the shop for them and only show up rarely outside of filming days and special appearances. And it's been a long time since I've watched the show, but I don't even think Chumlee works there anymore. So Chris can forget about trying to get money from the Pawn Star stars for his worthless autograph from some PBS nobody. He'd be turned away by one of the peons that handle the day-to-day business at the shop.

I guy I used to work with went there a few years ago and said they pretty much allow people to come in and look around but have really strict rules for what they an be doing in the background while filming. He also said that a lot of stuff in the display cases was just stuff previously featured on the show. It sounds like such a letdown for anyone who's a fan. It's likely he wouldn't even be let inside unless maybe they knew who he was and thought it would be something they could make fun of

There's a reason the saying "never meet your heroes" was coined. Even something like going to some pawn shop featured on some History Channel reality show will always be a letdown and never how you pictured it in your head. Chris...would REALLY be let down. Kinda like how that voice actress who voiced the purple pony called Chris a creep or something.

When I think about it, when he was interviewed for the Sega sweepstakes and after the Pulse shooting, Chris had that same deer in the headlights stare and awkward speech. Reality TV is different so who knows, we might see something interesting.

The third time he was on TV, Chris was with protesters using his "art" to save his local park. I wonder if he'll do the same to the mall once it closes?

It was an all right show to watch before you found out how fake it was.

All of the newer episodes are so by-the-numbers that can't even pretend it's funny anymore.
Yeah, I haven’t been watching them recently; I honestly can’t remember when I stopped watching them.

On the bright side at least he isn’t creeping on women in real life not until Babscon anyway..

Can Chris attend without getting lost, or being trolled into harassment? I imagine he's scared to get close to people ever since TMG, but I guess if Chris had a wrangler with him at all times I guess that's okay. I'd hate to be the enabler that has to go with Chris to this convention on the other side of the country while having to hear the merge.
