Can't deny the Messianic undertones of capitalizing Son, even though Chris does capitalize Random Words; Chris's description of Sonichu certainly has them. Sonichu's advent is a high holy day.
That's what I initially thought when he described Sonichu as "the OC of OCs", but this stuff is filling the religious parts of his swiss cheese brain so it's not suprising to sense those undertones.
At this point I wonder if Chris is trying to get the house pozed for covid, not only would he get "sympathy" and and excuse to whine for more money but if Barb catches it his "Autistic inability to understand what a virus is." Could double as a way to get rid of Barb without rasing any alarms.
I doubt he is capable of thinking this on a conscious level. I think he's still in the virus won't be real unless I think about it phase. That said Chris is pretty terrible and there is a small chance he could be "foreseeing" a future where he does exactly that right now, and then nervously trying to stop himself because thinking about the virus might cause it and he probably finds all this pretty scary.
Chris likely thinks taking current data and imagining a future based on it is "foresight" because he doesn't understand that things you imagine don't actually exists, and he often acts like normal people don't also imagine things. If imagining electric hedgehogs is because they are real in another place, then imagining your future is because that future is a real timeline that you are getting to peer into.
Say you imagine taking an action, then you imagine a bad consequence from your action. A normal occurrence for most people. But for Chris, he saw an actual future that existed and took a step to prevent it from coming to pass.
Chris surely finds it frustrating he can see himself with superpowers other people can see, something that MUST exist somewhere somehow because he saw it in his mind, yet he cannot access that even though it exists as "there" to him.
"I saw it in my mind, therefore it exists"
The idea of nonexistent is something Chris does not comprehend and deep down inside he greatly fears.
It's also very interesting to think about how this one line of philosophy effects Chris's view of truth. He's the kind of person who would use the words "personal truth", and if you do not beleive in nonexistence, in false, then you can have no grasp of what truth is and thus no appreciation for reality.
Which is obvious and has probably been said here before.

There would be something almost ironic about a disease with an OC getting the better of Chris but I don't think it's that likely. It's a shame Corona-chan does not have a good and standard design like Ebola chan, but I kind of want Chris to acknowledge that the virus has a cartoon character.
I think Chris's built in social distancing is something he has going for him but he might start acting weirder soon though resulting in more threads as he lashes out.
Now what would really weird us all out, is if they both get corona, and Barb somehow survives which shouldn't be possible.
Chris has... not a great survival chance but not a certain doom one.
I'll have you know I just today foresaw a future timeline which I have Returned from with safety along with MagiChan and we had to work super hard to send positive energy and collect it among ourselves or we would have been trapped there because my foresight was becoming so strong! I forsaw so many timelines that I am now mentally and physically exhausted from the ordeal.
