He also scarfs down milkshakes, ice cream, and pizza on a fairly regular basis. As for him always moving around from place to place Phil constantly stops to gorge himself (or as tumblr snowflakes call it, "self-care") whenever anything "traumatic" happens to him, uses mass transit as much as possible, and when he has a couch to crash on will leave his stuff there so he doesn't have to tote it around, all the while stuffing his rodent-like face.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Phil really doesn't have too much stuff all things considered. Some bondage gear, a few books and his maps of Autismland. Nothing really in the way of spare clothes, toiletries, extra footwear, or food for survival. Without all of those things weighing him down he's not carrying as much as people think.

I also think he leaves more than a few things behind or just discards things all together when he's moving from area to area.
