Phil claimed it had been secured but later claimed negotiations had broken down.
Basically he made a bunch of ridiculous demands which they didn't agree with and he has no references or the ability to cover rent.
Theres a suggestion that phil was actually trying to get into a Tranz/womens unit but was refused on the basis on being an obvious male.

Wasn't he trying to get them to pay for his fake vagoo so he could live there? Am I remembering that correctly? Because if I am...that takes a lot of balls to try to get a housing organization to foot the bill on Phil's he-she surgery. Like, King Kong sized balls.

Basically it appears the way.
There was a minimum requirement to show phil was transitioning.
Phil assumed he was going to granted surgery so declared the win but after he was denied he expected the housing agency to pay for it.
Then again it could simply be they met a smelly tattoo covered hobo and decided there and then he wasnt going to be a responsible tenant.

That's ridiculous.

Check this. I had a neighbor freak out one night at about 3:00 am. I had a biology final in the morning and she was pounding on another neighbors door and screaming at the top of her lungs. It actually took police intervention and an hour and a half to get her to shut up. But you know what? Even with a loud, crazy, presumably violent woman living directly under me, that apartment was still better than sleeping in a park or under a bridge or in a cave.

Phil has some really strange standards.

I'm surprised that Phil never spergs about getting breast surgery. For most mtfs getting tits is the first priority, since they're such a defining trait of femininity. Does he ever attempt to pad his chest or wear bras?

Haha no, he doesnt even attempt to ware make up, He writes it off as not wanting to get cat called (really? really Phil? that's the option your going to choose), He's even tried to claim his moobs as real tit's once but he trys to down play that subject when it comes up but I'd just like to point out while highly ineffective and bizarre Chris takes his breast development far more seriously than Phil ever has.

A question occurred to me today, what with the name change and all: how often do you think Phil gets called by his legal name? Has anyone EVER used the Spanish pronunciation?
(Never mind that he himself doesn't know it.)
I imagine if he introduces himself as 'Es-ah-bel' or (however it comes out of his mouth) people just assume he has a lisp since he's both whiter than an Irishman and doesn't look like the kind of person who speaks Newscaster's American English.

He get's Sir'd almost constantly in shops I know that much it's constant source of irritation to him he squeaks an bounces about it fairly regularly.
