Probably not. Phil had a run-in with a hispanic guy at the Infoshop he was volunteering at, but he wrote him off as "white-passing" (as opposed to Phil, lol?) and I believe he'd do so with any Latinos supporting Trump. Although to be fair, Trump support is kinda contentious within the Latin american populace.
