I don't know if it's been asked before, but can Phil speak Spanish? If he could he would probably use it everywhere, but I've never seen an actual Hispanic call him out on it. Still, I'd like to see some Ricardo-tier butchery going on.

He manages some google translate bullshit if you post something on his facebook but other than that he cant speak or understand it.
He was pretty much forced to admit so on a couple of occasions.

"Houseless" just implies no residence, but they still have a home. Problem is and like someone else said, Phil "Burning Bridges" Delici didn't have any home either.
