Do you think in any of Phil's self imposed trends he registered to vote?
More importantly has Phil ever been given Jury Duty?
Someone I know never registered to vote and was still given Jury Duty. So even if you don't think he registered what do you think would exclude him from the jury?

Maybe when he was along for the ride with the 2008 Obama bandwagon. But he doesn't seem like the type to consider the electoral process anything other than a sham now.
Also, you need an address to register to vote or receive a jury summons, so there's that.

But seriously, there's so many factors in Phil's persona that would keep him from being an adequate member of any jury. Is it his hysterical excuse for a radical leftist ideology? Its it his tenuous grasp on reality and personal motivation? Is it his tendency to lump anyone he doesn't like under the same umbrella of misogynistic, racist, and transphobic KiwiGateChanners? Or is it just his dirty crapped leather pants? Take your pick.

They have an address. They use a mailing service here in Portland. There are many of them that give homeless people a place to pick up their mail to apply for jobs or food stamps or social security. And it's actually not true that you need an address in order to be able to vote. Even if you're sleeping in a car you can tell the registration office where you typically park and they'll put that down as your address. Everybody has the right to vote regardless of whether or not you're housed.

In my state, just getting any sort of state-issued ID also puts you on the jury duty list, in addition to registering to vote/voting.
I see Phil probably being able to get out of even reporting for jury duty with either a financial or medical excuse, seeing as he has a
.If they somehow got Phil in the courthouse and tried to seat him on a jury, he would never be selected because attorneys look for people who are open to persuasion. People who are completely unmovable in their political opinions are red flags, which a lawyer should sniff out pretty quickly.
edit: I'm convinced he radiates crazy in public, so I'd see a lawyer picking up on that easily too.

The only reason any lawyer would allow Phil on a jury is that they actually want to sabotage the trial. And in that case, the other lawyer would strike him.
I could easily see a lawyer just walking in, taking one look at this disgusting potato, and using a peremptory strike on him without even asking a single question.
He got a big lump sum back payment of Social Security disability, which he immediately squandered on milkshakes, shitty tattoos, hundreds and hundreds of dollars of data charges on his phone, because he's too stupid to use WiFi, and other garbage. Now he's broke again.
