I'm not sure if anyone's linked to this yet but here it is. There's really not as much to the post as some of Enter's other DA journals.

He also posted this right now.

"Eek, an Urchin!" (Spongebob) - Dressed like a female urchin in an attempt to seduce an infestation, Plankton is locked in another room with an avalanche of urchins that have the hots for him, while Mr. Krabs cruelly/ignorantly ignores his cries for help
"Fosters Goes to Europe" (Foster's Home) - After a whole episode of people getting ready to go to Europe, the kindly Madame Foster uses slight of hands to steal their tickets right behind Mac's back.

Some more bitching about "rape" (aka taking a cartoon too seriously) and mean-spiritedness I suppose? This is a fucking retarded list he has there. I mean seriously, this is full of stupid nitpicking, and there's ONLY FOUR CANDIDATES. I wouldn't expect much from someone who has one of their favorite cartoons be MLP though.

Where did Enter say that MLP sent him into a 3 day depression? I sat through his Putting your Hoof Down video but I didn't catch it.

True. It also kinda feels like Enter's trying to emulate the Nostalgia Critic's "You know, for kids!" quote.
Entard rips off Nostalgia Critic all the time.

He feels real emotion, for pastel horses.
ECH.

@BustedArmchair: Which the Critic took from The Hudsucker Proxy...

@Simplicity111: People who think that stuff like this is rape have dirty, dirty minds. The same, incidentally, implies to the Eds with the Kanker sisters.

Yeah, especially since Ed Edd 'n' Eddy had a bunch of adult jokes in there.
At 17:59, he says it, and it was an actually 2 days of depression. But getting any kind of "depression" from a goddamn little girls show just makes you look nutty.

"I've just reviewed all sixty-five episodes of Friendship is Magic. In unrelated news, I seem to have developed a violent allergy to sunlight. Oh well, it's not like I needed it."

I'd almost agree with Entard on a majority of those MLP episodes sucking ass and all... ALMOST. But because it's Entard, All I can say is "Man the fuck up, you little bitch!". Also, I bet I could make a better list just for shits and giggles. Too bad I'd rather do one for a cartoon or two that I'm actually proud to watch... And not here, either.

In your opinion, what's the worst thing Enter does in his videos?

For me it's when he says "What I'm doing is wrong, I know it's wrong, but I'm going to do it anyway"
Because he's missing an obvious joke

For me, it's whenever he misses a really obvious joke or takes it completely seriously, which, thanks to the 'tism, is about 90% of each video.

Him replaying the same clip endlessly. Instead of making his videos interesting to watch, he decides to do this. It's even worse when he begins to talk about something new but the same clip is still repeating.
Then again, I suppose that would make for a good drinking game.

His lack of understanding about black humor and how he thinks that he's developed this one size fits all kind of morality that all cartoons and shows have to follow is just really shallow in my opinion. His obsession with hating characters like Peggy Hill always annoyed me too because it shows how biased he is and how he can just bash things just because he claims to have grown up in a rough environment with his parents. His projection is so annoying too.

The problem I have with those clips is that it's always the same damn scenes. Hell, I'd take even that piece of shit caricature to look at than the footage on a constant loop. Next thing you know, that's all the review will be.

Admittedly I haven't watched a lot of his videos (because most of them frankly bore me and I can't even stand having them in the background), but one particular issue of mine is how very personal and subjective his reviews become at times.

And yes, I understand that some critics like getting personal about certain issues. If you have a certain issue with how rape is portrayed or how animal abuse is portrayed because it's done poorly and it elicits more rage than it does humor or drama or whatever, then it's fine to get personal about it because not only does it show how much a sensitive issue like that is mismanaged, but it also shows your passion for your work and how this one particular issue affects you.

But Enter takes this kind of issue with literally everything that he disagrees with, to the point where you feel like he rates cartoons based on how "he" likes them rather than on any objective merits. While reviewing is ultimately subjective and true objectivity is absolutely ludicrous to expect, the fact that he takes things too personally gives you the impression that he'll only consider something completely perfect if it conforms to everything he likes.

... Which explains a lot about Growing Around, come to think about it.

Maybe Growing Around might have a incest subplot in one episode

His ren seeks help review was poorly made due to getting ridiculously offended by animal cruelty and violence. I don't see why he is getting disturbed over unrealistic slapstick violence to creep crawlies and the frog who is obviously acting over the top for comical relief. Its not like it's protreyed realistic pain on the characters. If it was something like cannibal Holocaust when there is live execution of animals then I'll understand.

I hate his interpretation of morality. He whines on about the morals that various cartoons are teaching kids, rarely putting them in proper context. My favorite is at the end of his "One Bad Apple" review, where he gets all worked up over the show's standard after-school special moral: talk to a trusted adult about bullies.

"NAY!" sayeth King Enter. "The adults in your life are useless! They never do anything and tell you they're doing all they can; you can't trust them as far as you can throw them. And the bullies have mace, MACE! And guns and knives."

The reasoned masses ask, "Okay, how about ignoring a bully?"

"What!" replies King Enter, "That's ludicrous. Everyone knows that bullies will just keep at it until they pierce your paper-thin skin and drive you to suicide."

Ask the reasoned masses, "How about standing up to them?"

"Yes," replies the king, "taking revenge on a bully is the right thing to do, especially when you might maim or kill said bully. That'll show them for calling you an aspie!"

The reasoned masses retort, "We said 'stand up', not 'take revenge'. And you just said that bullies might be packing guns or knives. If that's the case, we could very well be putting ourselves in mortal danger."

Sayeth King Enter, "...No, I didn't."
