Does anyone know or have a theory as to why Chris went completely off the deep end in regards to his "relationship" with Ivy?

He's never acted like that with any other sweetheart and it's downright strange how invested in the relationship he seems to be.
The weirdest part is that the lunatic didn't even have as much as a photo of her, just a drawing (or maybe that's actually it, since he always preferred cartoon land to the real world)

A suggestion: As far as I know, at that time, Ivy was the only sweetheart to run Chris's parents' gauntlet, or at least get past Barb the Concierge. Since Chris wholly trusts his parents, this seal of approval could've provided that extra certainty that this was a love for the ages.

That makes some sense, but it's still odd. According to "Ivy", she never even said I love you to him without it being in a scooby doo voice.
With Classic Chris, a sweetheart-to-be didn’t even have to say “I love you.” As long as Chris could engage in small talk with a woman without making a total hash of things, she was fated to marry him and give the birth to Crystal.

Very funny in the first half where Chris strips and streaks, but the other half was worse than the former: Chris pretended to be a beast in several forms like a woodpecker for example.
he was nonsensically quoting ed edd n eddy with that one, and monty python for good measure. It amazes me how Chris wasted so much of his life wathcing comedy but not once did he ever understand how comedy works.

I figured the pineapple could represent sonichu, but yes. the chris chan drink should include a pickle. The trick is a pickle doesn't go with much. Maybe swap the pineapple for a very sweet gerkin and it would work.

Or maybe just make it a dill pickle-vodka martini.
Tried the dill pickle vodka martini for myself.

its not bad. not the best or worst martini I've ever had but its not bad. The real winner is the dill pickle spear, which tastes really good when infused with vermouth and vodka.

If reading about History and Autistic People is a form of Meditation I guess I've achieved Enlightenment.
See "Neuro tribes" a 500 paged book to see what actual info has to say about autism and history. Man, it is long and detailed...
watching Rogue Internet Man's latest video and realized for the first time that Chris doesn't have a Tails recolor despite having ripped off nearly every other major sonic character.
My Tairisu is likely to be unofficial if Chris touches Tails and have some random Pokemon merge with him.

Oh shit, that's so weird.

I wonder if there's a few reasons for this. One, perhaps he was unable to draw Tails. Two, perhaps his autism kicked in with Sonic 1, and he found Sonic 2's Tails a change he couldn't accept. Then again, he allowed Punchy, but Punchy's not too far off of Sonic. My final theory is that Chris uses his cast to worship and adore him and feed his own ego, and Tails sort of does that with Sonic, so he doesn't want a love triangle. Or perhaps he couldn't find an acceptable pokemon to cross tails with.

Honestly, now that I think about it, has Chris really combined that many characters with pokemon? He has Sonic and Amy Rose, but that's about it. Sure, there's Punchy, but he's kinda an outlier.

He has straight-up stolen pokemon (Mewtwo) and made mutants that technically aren't characters combined with pokemon (Jiggliami, Layla Flaaffy), but I can't think of any other fusions.

He doesn't tend to fuse a lot of Pokémon characters that much I've noticed, he'll insert actual Pokémon in his comics and in recent years he exclusively talks about psychic Pokémon helping him meditate and work on his powers, but he mostly doesn't rely on them as much and draws more from Sonic the Hedgehog for inspiration (Probably because they're easy to copy and doesn't need to look much different compared to each other, whereas Pokémon characters have various degrees of sophisticated detail, he won't use them as a fusion base at all, because his drawing skills are terrible).

I've heard it hypothesized that he didn't rip off Tails because there were jokes about sonic and tails being gay, ala batman and robin. Its also possible that chris always replaced tails with himself in his early fantasies, imagining himself as Sonic's sidekick and therefore belittling Tails in his mind. Or perhaps he always thought Tails was pointless or annoying.

And speaking of Punchy, he's easily the laziest of chris's off brand sonichus. just smash knuckles and sonic together and make him 'asian' on the level of ME SO SOLLY.
