So I've been trying to keep up with the forum and threads since July 29, but eveytime I start reading a thread, it grows faster than I can keep up. I just wanted to share my thoughts and I figured that I'd post them here.
What do I think will happen to Chris?
While I agree that it is still too early to determine exactly what will happen after the court case, I do think some form of incarceration/confinement is inevitable, either after the plea bargain or after Chris messes up during his probation. I also definitely see Chris being registered as a sex offender and not being allowed to see Barb for a long time. Hell even as I typed that I figure the next time Chris sees Barb is at her funeral, and maybe not even that.
Furthermore, if and when Chris is released, the sex offender status might make it hard to find someplace to live. I wonder if Chris will end up in someplace like Miracle Village, a community in Florida for registered sex offenders?
With regards to the influence of “Kelly Osbourne”/ ILJ, I don't know if that may be a mitigating factor. On the one hand you could argue that Chris was manipulated and can't be held fully accountable for his actions. On the other it could also show how Chris can't be unsupervised.
Like the house fire years ago, I think the idea that this could happen was all in the back of our minds, but we were still shocked that it actually did.
What do I think will happen to Barb?
Like most people in this forum, I think Barb is going to end up either in some sort of elder care facility or perhaps with some relatives, although I could see a greater change of the former than the latter. One option I haven't seen mentioned is having her live in a Veteran's Administration Hospital. According to comments from my father, who had served in the Air Force, it is possible for veterans and their spouses to end up in a VA hospital, usually if they need a lot of care. That said I'm basing it something he said years ago, so take it with a LARGE grain of salt.
What do I think will happen to 14 Branchland Court?
No matter what else happens, it's almost 100% positive that neither Chris or Barb will see the inside of 14 Branchland Court again. Since they still have a mortgage on the property it will then be under the banks control. After that, who knows? Some people have commented on someone else buying the property, but that might take years. In my area, back in 2014, and elderly woman, who like Barb was a hoarder, was found stabbed to death in her house. Like Barb and Chris she had a lot of debts and the house was still under a mortgage so ownership reverted to the bank. Even after all these years no one else has moved in.

Why are so many news outlets like Daily Mail and thesun so charitable to Chris?
Like even without the whole debacles on the internet, the autism etc, Chris just sucks as a person period. If we use his pets as a litmus test for his morality, yeah he's pretty fucking despicable. Yet these news outlets try their hardest to stray away from any negative language when reporting about a man fucking his dementia riddled mother. It's like they're afraid to call out a man with autism who claims to be transgender.

A couple random questions.
Do you think Chris has showered yet?
It's been 5 days and almost 6 nights. I know a number of people who've been arrested on a Friday/Saturday, had to be held for a Judge on Monday, and didn't shower in that time. But Chris in Jail a solid week?
Would he be forced to shower? Obviously they can't scrub him, but can/would/will/did they make him undress and go into the showers?
Patrice O'Neal told a story that when he was in prison with a friend, his friend was deathly scared of getting fucked, so he would not shower to avoid shower rapes and hoped if he stunk people wouldn't try to fuck him. But Patrice said that once he reached a level of stink, the other inmates warned Patrice that if his friend didn't stop stinking, they were gonna beat the shit out of his friend. So being smelly might keep you from rape, but it can warrant a beat down.
Do you think Chris is TRUE AND HONEST mixed into general population?
This isn't the 20-60s anymore. I don't think retards like John Coffee and such are put in with the real criminals. Chris is autistic and "trans" and has other mental foibles. Do you think he has a cellmate(s) or is in a cell by himself? Do you think they let him out to play in the cafeteria, the yard and recreations with the other inmates, or do they let him out with other mental people at a separate time away from the people who would and probably hurt him. Is Chris getting ANY protection?
Do you think Chris is being hurt physically?
Its jail, so of course there's niggers, but his area lockup seemed more urban. I don't have sympathy for Chris, but with Chris being a toss up between real Prison and Psychward, I would kind of hope for the sake of the innocent people and mentally ill, especially if they are for the most part harmless, they are given certain protections and watched. Chris has done a couple violent things, but Chris is really only a danger to the weak, not the normal who can protect themselves.
And final random, do you think it has sunk in now?
Chris could easily have lived in delusion and held on hope a little longer because he knew by the 5th he'd get to appear in front of a judge and possibly go home on bail. But now he's been told he ain't going nowhere for 6 weeks. Before he only survived jail 3 days at a time. Sure yesterday it was clear he still didn't get it after 4 days, as he thought he could go home an get his stuff to at least bring back to his cell. But yesterday all those dreams were dashed. Do you think the next time we see him in court he'll have more clarity? Chris has never been stripped of his shit, coddling, enabling, and the like his whole life. Do you think 40 days in the clink will snap him out of all his shit? Maybe even reset him back to pre-2011, or even pre-2007? Because this will also be the first time in nearly 14 years trolls haven't fucked with him. Sure the prisoners are probably bullying him, but Chris seemed to have accepted and looked past the bullying in grade school.

Alright so... I’ve always loosely followed Chris and I don’t know why this came to mind... But what exactly does he eat? What does the Chris Chan diet look like? Is he consistently and constantly eating one type of thing like autists do? Is he eating out, is he eating at home? Does he go shopping? I mean... He’s eating prison food now... but in the past?

Does anyone think Nintendo or SEGA will try and say Chris infringed on their copyright now that Chris has gone into the mainstream news, surely seeing a man charged with incest isn't great PR for Sonic/Pokemon.

I doubt it although judging by the reviews people are actually buying it, with a bit of guidance by someone who could be trusted Chris could have just gotten every Sonichu comic and listed them on Amazon and have a pretty reliable source of revenue.

Has Chris ever explained his hatred towards men in depth? Obviously I know he views men as a threat in regards to taking potential women away from him, but it seems to have developed pretty early as he's at least since middle school disliked men. So when did that develop? Considering one of his earliest memories is his female babysitter taping his mouth shut and every girl after that through his eyes screwed him over it shocks me that he finds comfort in women even to this day.
