Now was Chris honest? Or was it some sort of autistic (and idiotic) reasoning that went like this: “Rape is bad! If I tell Megan that I drew it so I wouldn’t get handsy with her, she’ll understand that I’m kind and made a real effort to be a gentleman!”

Kinda like a kid who admits to stealing a cookie, because he was hungry but didn’t want to steal ALL the snacks.

Now granted, it’s possible that I misinterpret things and Chris was entirely (too) honest in his email to Megan.

I think it's a total coin toss. Chris is obviously nuts, but maybe the forced structure/routine will be a long overdue reality check, and have some sort of positive effects.

No chance to decompress away from him, hell if they are his cellmate no way to even get away from him at all. Vaguely aware of this. Things have certainly changed - I used to hear "if you want to find out about Chris, check out the CWCki" whereas I'm seeing randos online say "you gotta watch this guy's 59 hour documentary on YouTube about Chris." I have no idea how this guy is getting away with using his real (?) name and has an insanely high number of subscribers - I think it has to be more than anything like CWCville Library or anything else comparable ever received. I have better uses of my time, I suspect it's mostly regurgitating CWCki articles.

My understanding is labor is mandatory in prison. I doubt that Virginia has the resources for some kind of vocational rehab for someone like Chris. I seriously expect Chris to mostly spend time in solitary because it's probably the easiest solution for dealing with her to maintain her safety and not being a burden on the system.
