I wonder if Sonichu is even still relevant to modern Chris lore? He still mentions Sonichu characters, but only as name dropping, not what they're doing. Like just a list of people he married, and the name of the Sonichu temple.

I think it is but I think he's keeping it more private after the idea guys managed to go in and smash up his happy place, so he talks about it less.
I do think Sonic isn't and hasn't been for a while, You know the way Chris has to keep being loyal to franchises when he moved on he did that after a while with Sonic after he'd fell in love with Pokemon and created Sonichu, and he's starting to drop certain sonichu things in favour of MLP, the only reasons Sonichus haven't changed into Ponychu's is because he believes they are alive and changing them would be tantamount to killing them or harming them and he's belived in that long before his discovery. So he just drops bits from his autistic panthion to focus on the new stuff.

I think that would be admitting defeat, and the Chandlers were rather prideful. They always believed in standing up to bullies.
Because of Chris' entertaining homophobia. That wound up lessening in later years, and trolls were less concerned with making Chris do gay shit.
As for buying a gun, most of even the worst trolls don't want innocent people to die from their trolling.

Well they did change the house address once from 41 BLC to 14BLC, there is a untold story there I think.
Well people did furnish him with a Thomas A Swifts Electric Rifle, it wouldnt be to far fetched for some unhinged ween to give him a gun even a realistic looking toy gun hoping to get him intro trouble with the law. I mean he's used pepper spray without provocation and carried that baseball bat and knife for self defence.
I don't think he'll ever get one, but with Chris I long ago learned to never throw a fear out.

Taking the morality and death of innocent people out of it - From what I can tell the purpose of trolling before was to get Chris to make a funny, over the top reaction on YouTube and being gay used to make him angry resulting in a funny outburst, similarly pretending to be a potential girlfriend used to be an easy in and before that telling Chris he's not good at something used to hurt his ego and he'd boast about how he was in fact incredible at whatever, like for example I think it was Clyde Cash said Chris was weak, leading to Chris saying he wasn't and in fact he was exceptionally strong leading to videos of him poorly working out and eventually having to admit he was wrong when he couldn't do a single pullup.
Doing something drastic would achieve the opposite effect where like the current 'saga' they'd be one big event followed by no content whatsover for months, years or even forever depending on the outcome.

Sorry for the more inane question, was Chris ever a fan of Digimon to any degree? Back in the early 2000s When Pokemon craze literally dominated the entire western market, Digimon came out around the same time and did have its fairly sizeable fanbase. Has Chris ever voiced his opinion anywhere on the franchise?

In 2008 Chris said he had watched the Digimon and Monster Rancher animes and he said they were okay. He had not played the games. However, in his 2003 Animal Crossing tour, he said this:

This particular error is not unique to Chris, sadly. I blame the schools.
The most positive (in so far as Chris is concerned) things in Chris' life tend to be things that didn't happen to him, like not getting the punishments he's so richly deserved.
I tend to think that would have happened regardless. Remember, Chris thinks autism means he's smarter than normal.

Nah, It’s most likely he would have been equally as egotistical, his parents still spoiled him shitless with toys as a child as a way of compensating for any real care or affection for him. He would have eventually gone the way of a spoiled narcissist from his parents ‘love’ eventually.
