He'll be released, it will be unusual to put off upgrading the charges into a felony until so late in the game. He served the maximum time for misdemeanor incest. I doubt they want the drama of a huge trial, not worth the effort for Chris who will probably get off light anyway due to the autism card. Chris said that Barb's testimony was inadmissible, which means that barring them having found anything with the rape kit, all they have is Chris's word that anything happened. Even if they could prove incest, proving rape is a whole other matter, with dementia and autism making it more difficult. Chris is so delusional that it's even questionable if he is able to properly consent let alone Barb.

David Heilberg is a well respected lawyer and has handled much worse people than Chris, he'll be fine.

If I could implement one new, impractical rule for this forum, it would be that anyone who posts about Chris’s gender must start their post by stating whether or not they believe people can legitimately be trans. These conversations go around and around in circles because the reality is entirely different depending on that perspective. If you think legit trans people exist, there are ample signs of gender issues. If you don’t, there’s simply no such thing as a sign of gender issues. I personally fall into the first group but I’m not going to try to convert the second. The point is that I know the second group will never be convicted Chris foreshadowed the trans arc frequently because the disagreement originates at a more fundamental point.

I sadly don’t think this will serve much purpose because Chris is already such a bizarre person with nonsensical views about his own sex and gender that any discourse about him will eventually devolve into circular arguments eventually. I personally was of the belief that Chris is simply too emotionally stunted and immature to have a proper sexual orientation or gender, so he ends up either overdoing his straightness like he did in the past, or ropes himself with the trans and gay communities as a means of simply finding friendship.

It's going to be kind of weird when Chris gets out and immediately returns to 14 BLC. The neighbor's will be less than pleased. The prosecution has probably already read the CWCki, no doubt being emailed by weens, and if I were them, I wouldn't trust Chris under the same roof with his victim. Chris will do this again, since he's learned nothing. The only thing that will be interesting is how many places will ban Chris since VA, and the rest of the country have heard of the story. If they don't put Chris under the SOR, then the court of public opinion have already labeled Chris as a degenerate.

It's a good 3.5 hour walk from Greene County courts to the first McDonalds in Ruckersville, it's only a half mile from the jail to fast food restaurants in Orange. In that town, there are cell stores so Chris could get back up and running on his phone. While the idea of weens picking him up is one thing, Chris will probably just an Uber from wherever he is.

Also I guess that would have been the perfect spot for Chris to get a job if he hadn't fucked his mom. Lego have a really well employed creative team, I could see him demanding that they hirehim for that, but he couldnt pass the tests - one of them is making a ball out of lego that can be rolled X distance.
